Finire di riempire in modo più
rapido e con il bicchiere riportato
in posizione naturale.
Questo porterà alla formazione
di 2-3 dita di schiuma che
non solo ha un ruolo estetico
ma protegge la bevanda
dall’ossidazione
Incline the glass and pour
out the beer up to the
half of the glass volume,
then fill quickly the glass
putting it again in its natural
position.

the beer from oxidation,

Bright dark amber-colour beer with creamy foam. Full caramel
aromas. Soft and full-bodied taste, hints of toasted coffee and licorice. Not predominant bitter taste. Ideal with slightly complex
