Birra normale chiara di bassa fermentazione, Premium
Lager. Prodotta con malto, mais, luppolo, acqua. Le
migliori materie prime, una lunga maturazione e la
leggerissima acqua delle Prealpi biellesi conferiscono,
sin dal 1846, un gusto pieno e raffinato. Birra assai
equilibrata che evidenzia un notevole sentore di
floreale e di fruttato grazie ai lieviti speziati usati per la
sua produzione.

Una delle prime tracce di birra dei tipi Pilsen, Vienna e Monaco in Italia risale al 1887
circa quando, nel comune di Borgomanero venne costruito un birrificio appositamente
per la produzione di questi stili di birra e Birra Borgomanero ha deciso di onorare
questo progetto, dandogli nuova vita. Birra Borgomanero Bionda "da cantina" - stile
Keller - è il nome dell'etichetta di punta. È la birra prodotta come una volta, conservata
a lungo a basse temperature e naturalmente torbida. Grazie a questo tipo di
lavorazione mantiene tutte le vitamine del malto e le sostanze pregiate del lievito di
birra. Il colore biondo carico svela una birra delicata, semplice da bere, dal sapore
gradevole e raffinato. Al palato si percepisce la sua corposità e un aroma
pronunciato e risoluto, mentre il gusto è intriso di malti chiari speciali e luppoli da
profumo, che le regalano una particolare ed interessante tipicità.

ricetta a base di riso nel rispetto della tradizione Menabrea con acqua, malto d’orzo, riso,

stampo inglese. Dal colore ambrato carico, tendente al marrone. AL naso
presenta grande struttura e profondità, profumi di malto, liquirizia e
torrefazione, in bocca una grande complessità ed un calore alcolico che
la rendono una perfetta birra da meditazione. Da abbinare con formaggi
molto stagionati e di grande struttura o cioccolato fondente.
