The Universal Declaration of
Human Rights
On 10° december 1948 in New York. The General
Assembly of the United Nations organization
approved and proclaimed in New York the “universal
declaration of human rights”.The beginning of the
declariation says that:”All human beings are born
free and equal in dignity and rights”.
Article 1.
All human beings are born free and equal in dignity
and rights.They are endowed with reason and
conscience and should act towards one another
in a spirit of brotherhood
Articolo 1
Tutti gli esseri umani nascono liberi ed eguali in
dignità e diritti. Essi sono dotati di ragione e di
coscienza e devono agire gli uni verso gli altri in
spirito di fratellanza.
Article 2.
Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth
in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such
as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other
opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other
status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the
basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status
of the country or territory to which a person belongs,
whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or
under any other limitation of sovereignty.
Articolo 2
1) Ad ogni individuo spettano tutti i diritti e tutte le libertà
enunciate nella presente Dichiarazione, senza
distinzione alcuna, per ragioni di razza, di colore, di
sesso, di lingua, di religione, di opinione politica o di altro
genere, di origine nazionale o sociale, di ricchezza, di
nascita o di altra condizione.
