Boat Trips in the Po Delta
The excursions depart from Santa
Giulia di Porto Tolle, near one of the
few
remaining typical “floating bridges”
wich evoke memories of times past

With our flat bottomed boats, we
are able to visit the wildest and
most
evocative places of the Po Delta.
It is a treasure trove of biodiversity
ruled by
birds, fish, and the hugely diverse
botanical species wich grow in this
salty
wetland.
During the trip we will travel down
the tributary of the Po di Gnocca unti
l we
reach the mouth of the river where
it meets the sea weaving our way
through
ancient lagoons, fishing sites, mud
flats and mollusc beds along the way
.
From the cane thicket we will turn
towards the “Island of Love” for
an
aperitif at the Goro Lighthouse, a walk
along the shore to collect shells, and
, in
fine weather, a dip in the Adriatic
sea.
The excursions last approximatel

returning at 1pm, or with an afternoo
