Sedersi occupando l’intera superficie del sedile. Il sedile deve essere regolato in modo da
mantenere le gambe a 90° e i piedi appoggiati sul pavimento. La corretta altezza consente un
angolo di circa 90° del gomito quando l’avambraccio poggia in posizione orizzontale sulla
superficie di lavoro. Lo schienale deve essere regolato in altezza e inclinazione per sostenere
l’intera zona lombare ed assicurare la normale forma a S della colonna vertebrale.

jambes soient à 90° et que les pieds s’appuient au sol. L’hauteur correcte consens un angle
de presque 90° du coude, quand l’avant-bras s’appuie en position horizontale sur la surface
de travail.
Il faut régler le dossier en hauteur et en profondeur afin de soutenir l’entière zone lombaire
en assurant la normale forme à S de la colonne vertébrale.

The user shall seat using the whole surface of the seat. The seat shall be adjusted so that
user’s knees are bent at a 90° angle and feet are completely resting on the floor. Proper seat
height is achieved when user’s knees are bent at a 90° angle and the forearm is resting horizontally on the working surface.
The backrest shall be adjusted in height and inclination so that the whole lumbar area is
supported and the natural “S” contour of the spine is preserved.
Die richtige Position bedeutet ein Winkel von 90° im Kniegele, wenn die Fusse vollfähing den
Boden berühren. Die richtige Höhe ermöglicht einen Winkel von 90° vom Ellenbogen wenn
der Unterarm horizontal auf der Arbeitsfläche aufliegt.
Die Rückenlehne musst in Höhe und Neigung verstellt werden, um die gesamte Lumbalbereich unterstützt und die natürliche S-Form der Wirbelsäule versichert. Alles diese Einstellungen ermöglichen dem Benutzer, den Sitz an ihre Bedürfnisse anpassen.
