Stress & Anxiety Management Workshop
On Wednesday, October 29th at 7 p.m., parishioners, friends and
family are invited to attend an informative workshop on Stress &
Anxiety Management. Our host will be Mr. Glugosh who has also run
this workshop at various other churches, including St. Thomas
Aquinas, where it was very well received. Anxiety and depression are
the #1 emotional illnesses in our country today. Mike Glugosh
understands how debilitating it can be. At one time in his life he was
a hostage to his thoughts and feelings. People with these illnesses
struggle with symptoms such as: Extremely analytical, emotionally
sensitive, over reactive, sensitive to criticism, low self-esteem, need to
appear in control at all times, obsessive thinking, inner nervousness,
high expectations of self and others, guilt ridden, easily irritated,
worrier, hypochondriac, feeling down, loss of interest in things you
used to enjoy and an overwhelming feeling of negative thoughts. If
you can relate to some of these symptoms, please attend our seminar.
Mike Glugosh will be teaching coping skills to overcome these
symptoms and thought patterns. Mike has not only recovered from
his struggles, but has worked for The Midwest Centre for Stress and
Anxiety for the past 14 years and has helped tens of thousands of
people through his 1100 seminars.

27a Domenica dell’Anno
