ogni mola consentono il continuo controllo

Festes Gerüst aus Stahl. Sechs Schleifscheiben sind auf hochpräzisen Spindeln aufgestellt. Die Motoren konnen ausgebaut werden
ohne die Spindeln zu entfernen. Pneumatische Regulierung des Druckes auf den Polierscheiben der durch Präzisionsmanometer
kontrolliert wird. Uber eine Arbeitstafel können die Parameter bezüglich der Dicke des
Glases eingestellt werden, der Einfallwinkel, der Schleifscheiben und das Entfernen.
Desweiteren liefert der PC Daten bezüglich
der Anzahl und der laufenden Meter der
bearbeiteten Stücke, usw. Die Maschine CT
Mitre 45 neben der Kantenbearbeitung mit
einer Gradation von 0° bis 45° in der Lage
auch flache Kanten mit Facetten auf Glas o
der Kristall von 25 mm zu bearbeiten. Jede
Schleifscheibe ist mit Amperemetern versehen und ermöglicht so eine ständige visuelle
Kontrolle des Drucks auf die Glasscheiben.
