"Stasi" is a path to a mountain. Indeed before it's a descent, and after an ascent.
Something is been encrypted in reverse in each track. Just going up again the mountain,
listening back to the songs in reverse it will be able to decrypt the whole, real message.
The real lenght of the album is about 30 minutes, extended to 60 minutes with all following
tracks in reverse included. Only one track will be remain the same in the full path. In "Stasi"
the sicilian roots of Nazario Di Liberto raise his voice in a simil-arabic vocal path like all
those street markets selling merchandise "abbanniando" (shouting); where under bright
lights, fresh fish and bloody meats expose themself to the eyes of the people nearby.
"Stasi" is the result of an external observer who imagines improbable fog on warm and wet
markets in Palermo.
"Stasi" è un percorso per una montagna. In realtà è prima una discesa, e poi una risalita. In
ogni brano qualcosa è stato criptato in reverse. Proprio risalendo la montagna, riascoltando
in reverse i brani, si potrà decriptare il tutto, il vero messaggio. L'effettiva durata dell'album
è di 30 minuti, percorso che però si estende a 60 minuti con l'inserimento a seguire dei
brani in reverse. Un solo brano rimarrà invariato in tutto questo percorso. In «Stasi», le
radici siciliane di Nazario Di Liberto, prendono voce in un percorso vocale simil-arabo.
Come quei mercati per strada nei quali vendono merce «abbanniando». Dove sotto le luci
accecanti, pesce fresco e carni sanguinolente si espongono agli occhi delle persone che
passano accanto loro. “Stasi” è il frutto di un osservatore esterno, che immagina
dell'improbabile nebbia sui caldi e bagnati mercati palermitani.
