VINIFICAZIONE • VINIFICATION TECHNIQUES
In bianco,separando subito le bucce dal mosto con pressatura soffice.
Il mosto viene mantenuto alla temperatura di 1- 2°C fino alla spumantizzazione.
Vinification in white, by immediately separating the skins from the must, by soft
pressing. The must is kept at a regulated temperature of 1-2°C until foaming occurs.
SPUMANTIZZAZIONE • SPARKLING WINEMAKING
Metodo Charmat, fermentazione in autoclave per 40 giorni a 15-16° C con lieviti
selezionati.
Traditional “Charmat Method”, fermentation in an autoclave for 40 days at 15-16°C
with selected yeasts.
NOTE DI DEGUSTAZIONE • TASTING NOTES
Colore giallo paglierino tenue. Profumo molto fine ed intenso con sentori di
agrumi, frutti tropicali, fiori bianchi e note di salvia. Il gusto dolce, a volte mielato
e ben equilibrato, riporta tutte le sensazioni olfattive.
Pale straw yellow colour. Fine and intense aroma with hints of citrus, tropical fruits,
white flowers and notes of sage. The taste is sweet and well balanced, sometimes
of honey, and it maintains the taste sensation of the scents that make up this wine.

Vino ideale da dessert. Va servito ad una temperatura di circa 6-8°C.
