This in order to guarantee you a peaceful and satisfying stay. Your collaboration can be useful to help us facilitate your stay, and we assure you that we are at your complete disposal if you should need something Our activity guarantees the needs of all patients admitted to our hospital and all ambulatory patients with a 24 hour, seven days a week availability to ensure that blood is available at all times, and particularly in the case of emergencies. Furthermore, the activity of blood collection aims at obtaining all blood components neces‐ sary for patients, maintaining preventive medicine control on donors own health We also have clinical activity for patients designated to surgery procedures in which there is a probability of having transfusion needs. If your blood reports are collected by other person other than yourself, they have to present with the withdrawal certificate signed by the person requesting the report, completely filled in and authorized. Please try to keep the volume of the voice low Mobile devices, must be kept in silence mode, use only in case of real necessity, not when sanitary personnel is working in your room or while you are being visited by the medics or during diagnostic exams Smoking is absolutely not permitted inside the hospital; on the outside you will find smoking areas near the entrance and Emergency Area Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Please warn staff if you plan to leave the ward. SECURITY Hand washing To avoid transmitting infections, it is necessary to wash your hands after using toilet facilities.
