Current Academic Position
From 2013, Phd student in European Union Law , at the Law Department, University of Ferrara
(tutor Prof. Gian Guido Balandi; external Tutor Prof. Franco Pellizzer).
Higher Education
 2006 - 2012 Master Degree in Law, grade 110/110 summa cum laude in “Administrative
Law” at the Department of Law, University of Ferrara. Research thesis on “I servizi
pubblici locali fra regolazione multilivello e mercato”, (Local public services between multilevel regulation and market) under the supervision of Prof. Franco Pellizzer; cosupervisors Prof. Roberto Bin and Prof. Marco Magri .
Having been a student of the “Scuola ferrarese del diritto” (a special curriculum offered
by the Ferrara faculty), I followed a particular training path; I have attended several
activities within the course: seminars regarding “Law and Science” and “Law and
Economics”, a moot court as a judge in Criminal Law (supervisor: Prof. D. Negri), writing
short essays.
 March – June 2012 Winner of a scholarship within Project LLP - Erasmus Placement for a
three-month internship at the law firm Tanda Migliorini Associates LLP, Holborn,
London.
 January – June 2010 Winner of a scholarship within Project LLP - Erasmus at the
University of Tilburg (Netherlands), where I attended the courses and pass exams in
English language of International Trade law, Comparative Constitutional law,
Environmental law and Roman law.
 2006: High School Diploma, at the “M. Cutelli” Liceo Classico Statale for Humanities and
Classics, Catania (Italy).
