Les fraises déportables se caractérisent du fait qu’elles peuvent
travailler aussi bien en position
centrale, qu’en position déportée
latéralement par rapport à l’axe du
tracteur. Cela permet de travailler
des zones où le tracteur ne peut
s’approcher du fait de sa hauteur
(par exemple sous les branches
des arbres ou près des cotés des
serres). Le boîtier de transmission
reste au centre de la machine ce
qui permet au cardan de travailler
toujours en position rectiligne, alors
que le corps de la machine se déplace latéralement.

The ALPHA series rotary tiller is
a simple and reliable product,

Die seitenverschiebbaren Bodenfräsen zeichnen sich dadurch aus,

Stellung als auch vom Schlepperschwerpunkt seitlich verschoben
einsetzen lassen. Die Maschinen
können somit auch an schwierigen
Stellen, z. B. unter Baumkronen
oder bei Gewächshauswänden,

Das Getriebe liegt immer zentral
und die Gelenkwelle kann damit

La caratteristica più importante di
questa macchina è la possibilità
di regolarne la posizione di lavoro
in senso trasversale, grazie ad
un martinetto che l’operatore può
agevolmente azionare dal posto di
guida della trattrice. Il rotore viene
invece azionato dalla presa di forza
mediante albero cardanico.
La potenza massima suggerita è di
70 HP.
Fra le specifiche tecniche citiamo:
il doppio telaio scatolato, la
trasmissione laterale ad ingranaggi,
lo speciale sistema ermetico di
tenuta dell’olio sui supporti del
rotore, grazie al quale la macchina
può lavorare in condizioni proibitive.

An important feature of this unit is
the side shift system, based on a
hydraulic ram that, activated from
the tractor cabin, adjusts the transverse working position quickly and
without any effort.
70 HP maximum is required to drive
this unit. This robust and very well
tested unit has been a hit for more
than 20 years.
Among the technical specs it is
worth mentioning: the box section
frame; the side transmission by
gears; the special waterproof sealing system to protect the rotorshaft
bearings, that allows to work in very
difficult conditions without any damage.

Questa nuova fresatrice a spostamento, adatta a trattori fino a 60
HP di potenza, è stata disegnata
con grande attenzione al sistema di spostamento laterale, che
è basato su un robusto attacco
centrale che scorre su due aste di
scorrimento cromate ed è attivato
(manualmente) tramite una vite.
Nella posizione decentrata questa
macchina può raggiungere agevolmente zone di terreno al di sotto di alberi bassi e vegetazione,
dove il trattore non può operare
a causa della altezza limitata. Le
altre caratteristiche tecniche sono
quelle tipiche dei prodotti Celli: gli
attacchi universali a tre punti di I e
II categoria, il robusto telaio scatolato, ventola posteriore di grosso spessore per un perfetto livellamento, organi di trasmissione

This new side-shift rotary tiller,
suitable for tractors up to 60 HP,
has been designed with great
attention to the shifting system,
which is based on a sturdy central hitch sliding on two chromium
plated rods and is manually activated by a threaded bar.
In the offset working position this
unit can easily reach strips of soil
under low trees and vegetation,
where tractors could not operate
because of the limited height.
The other main features are those
typical of the Celli products: the
three-point hitches of I and II
category, the strong box-shaped
frame, the thick rear cover to get
a perfect levelling of soil, welltested transmission line with gear
side drive.

Cette nouvelle fraise à déport,
pour tracteurs jusqu’à 60 CV de
puissance, a été déssinée avec
une grande attention au système
de déport latéral, qui est basé sur
un robuste attelage central qui
coulisse sur deux arbres chromés
et actionné (manuellement) par
une vis.
En position décentrée cette machine peut atteindre facilement
des zones sous les arbres bas,
ou le tracteur ne eut passer du à
la hauteur limitée.
Les autres caractéristiques techniques sont celles typiques aux
produits Celli: attelage trois points
universels de catégorie I et II,
le robuste chassis en forme de
boite, tablier arrière en tole de
forte épaisseur pour un parfait
nivellement, organes de transmissions testés, avec transmission

Diese neue seitenverschiebbare
Bodenfräse ist für Schlepperleistungen bis zu 60 PS geeignet. Besonderes Augenmerk wurde bei
der Entwicklung auf die Seitenverschiebung gerichtet, die sich
auf eine robuste zentrale Anhängung stützt. Diese gleitet auf zwei
verchromten Schieberohren und
wird über eine Spindel (manuell).
In der verschobenen Position
kann diese Maschine leicht unter
niedrigen Bäumen oder Sträuchern eingesetzt werden, wo der
Traktor wegen der begrenzten
Höhe nicht arbeiten kann.

La particolarità che caratterizza
il modello Formula è il sistema
brevettato di regolazione in
altezza del telaio scatolato,
in modo da variare lo spazio
al di sotto della macchina
entro il quale passa il terreno
durante la lavorazione. Questa
regolazione avviene grazie
a quattro martinetti idraulici
dotati di valvole di blocco
(1). Questa possibilità di
regolazione rende la macchina
polivalente,
consentendone
un utilizzo efficace in diverse
condizioni e tipologie di terreno:
un maggiore affinamento del
terreno asciutto può essere
ottenuto posizionando il telaio
nella posizione più bassa,
mentre in condizioni di terreno
bagnato si evita l’ingolfamento
regolandolo nella posizione più
alta (2).
The peculiar feature of the
Formula 190 model is the
patented system of adjustment
of the clearance between the
rotating blades and the bottom
of the box frame, obtained
varying the position of the
frame in height. In this way
the volume available for the
soil during work varies and so
the level of refinement of clods.
This adjustment is obtained
thanks to 4 hydraulic rams
fitted with stop valves (1).
Because of this feature this unit
is particularly versatile and can
be effectively used in many
different working conditions.
When soil is dry a better
refinement can be obtained
by positioning the frame in
a lower position, while soild
build-up can be easily avoided
in wet conditions by increasing
the working height of the
frame and so the clearance
underneath (2).

possono lavorare il terreno in
posizione centrale o decentrata
rispetto alla mezzeria del trattore, ma, grazie ad un sistema di
spostamento idraulico azionato
da sensori meccanici, evitano
automaticamente gli ostacoli sul
loro percorso. Questo permette
loro di operare in vigneto o frutteto e anche fra le piante.

the manual side shift rotary tillers
has led to the automatic side
shift machines. The automatic
rotary tillers can operate both
in a centered position and in a
side-shifted position and, thanks
to the hydraulic system driven
by mechanical sensors, they
automatically avoid any type of
obstacles they may meet in the
field. This specific feature allows
to operate in vineyards and
orchards, working also the soil
between the plants on the row.
The automatic side shift rotary
tillers are equipped with an

regular movement in all working

La versione Frangor è consigliata
per la preparazione del letto di semina, quando è richiesto un grado di
finitura ottimale del terreno. Si distingue dalla versione fresatrice per le
seguenti modifiche:
- rotore a denti o a coltelli diritti
per ottenere uno sminuzzamento
spinto del terreno. La velocità di
rotazione del rotore è più elevata
rispetto alla fresatrice
- scudo mobile posteriore snodato

FRANGOR
The Frangor version is ideal for
seedbed preparation, when a thorough refinement is required. It differs
from the rotary hoe version in the following features:
- Rotorshaft fitted with either spikes
or straight tines, in order to get an
accurate finishing of the soil.

higher than in rotary hoes.

FRANGOR
The Frangor version is ideal for
seedbed preparation, when a thorough refinement is required. It differs
from the rotary hoe version in the following features:
- Rotorshaft fitted with either
spikes or straight tines, in order
to get an accurate finishing of the
soil.
The rotating speed of the tools is
higher than in rotary hoes.
- Articulated swinging rear flaps,
adjustable in several different
working positions.
- Levelling rear roller (available
in the cage, spikes and packer
type).
FRANGOR
La versión Frangor se aconseja para

gefordert wird. Sie unterscheidet
sich von der Bodenfräsversion durch

1) La trasmissione laterale ad ingranaggi è stata collaudata per anni
nelle condizioni di lavoro più difficili. Derivata dalla trasmissione del
modello K, uno dei cavalli di battaglia Celli, venduto in migliaia di
esemplari in tutto il mondo.
2) Il Pioneer 140 è dotato di un robusto telaio scatolato, un attacco a
tre punti sovradimensionato di 2°
e 3° categoria, un rotore portazappe costruito con materiali di prima

idraulico S/BA va a completare
la già vasta gamma Celli di macchine per la lavorazione del terreno in vigneto e frutteto.
La S/BA rappresenta la scelta
più adatta per coloro che non
necessitano di una fresatrice a
spostamento automatico (come
il modello H/BA) ma hanno bisogno di una macchina semplice
ed affidabile, facilmente adattabile a diverse condizioni di
lavoro, grazie alla regolazione
idraulica dello spostamento laterale, azionabile manualmente
dal trattore.

The S/BA hydraulic side-shift
rotary tiller fills a gap in the
otherwise complete Celli range
of implements for soil cultivation in vineyards and orchards.
This new product represents
the right choice for those who
do not need an automatic sideshift unit (like the H/BA version),
but just wish a simple and reliable machine that can be comfortably operated in a variety of
working conditions thanks to the
hydraulic adjustment , manually
operated from the tractor, of the
side-shift. Based on a well-tested transmission line, it maintains
all the technical features of the
more expensive H/BA model.
La fraise à déport hydraulique S/

finitura ottimale del terreno. Si distingue dalla versione fresatrice per le

spinto del terreno. La velocità di
rotazione del rotore è più elevata

The Frangor version is ideal for
seedbed preparation, when a thorough refinement is required. It differs
from the rotary hoe version in the following features:
- Rotorshaft fitted with either
spikes or straight tines, in order
to get an accurate finishing of the
soil.
The rotating speed of the tools is
higher than in rotary hoes.
- Articulated swinging rear flaps,
adjustable in several different
working positions.
- Levelling rear roller (available
in the cage, spikes and packer
type).

Il Tiger 280 DD (double drive) è una fresatrice fissa (non ripiegabile) di grandi dimensioni, ottenuta accoppiando due unità
del Tiger 190 mediante una struttura centrale. Questa filosofia costruttiva permette
di ripartire la potenza in entrata sulle due
unità, con evidenti vantaggi in termini di
affidabilità nel tempo e di rigidezza dell’assieme.
Gli organi di trasmissione delle unità laterali sono dimensionati per potenza fino
a 280 HP cadauna, per cui ci sono ampi
margini di sicurezza anche nelle condizioni
di lavoro più gravose. L’abbondante spazio al di sotto della macchina (fra telaio e
zappette) permette di operare in condizioni difficili (terreno molto pesante, terreno
duro con sassi o con abbondanti residui
colturali) senza rischio di ingolfamenti o
bloccaggio rotori.
Tiger 280 DD (Double Drive) is a
fixed rotary tiller (not folding) of large
dimensions, made by coupling two units
of Tiger 190 through a central frame (3
point hitch). This manufacturing technique
allows to distribute the intake power to the
two units, thus minimising the stress and
increasing the reliability and the stiffness
of the implement. The transmission
components of the side units are geared
for power up to 280 HP each, therefore
with wide safety margins even in the
toughest working conditions. The plenty of
space within the frame and the rotor allows
to works in difficult soil conditions, like for
example in heavy, hard and stony soil, or
with large crop residues, without running
the risk of jamming or rotors clamping.
El Tiger 280 DD (double drive) es una fresa
fija (no plegable) de grandes dimensiones,
obtenida acoplando dos unidades del
Tiger 190 mediante una estructura
central. Esta filosofía constructiva permite
repartir la potencia en entrada en las
dos unidades, con evidentes ventajas en
términos de fiabilidad en el tiempo y de
rigidez del grupo.
Los elementos de trasmisión de las
unidades laterales están dimensionados
para potencia hasta a 280 HP cada una,
por lo que existen amplios márgenes de
seguridad incluso en las condiciones de
trabajo más difíciles. El abundante espacio
por debajo de la máquina (entre bastidor
y azadas) permite actuar en condiciones
difíciles (terreno muy pesado, terreno
duro con piedras o con abundantes restos
de cultivos) sin riesgo de inundados o
bloqueo rotores.

Der Tiger 280 DD (Doppelantrieb) ist
eine neue,groß dimensionierte, starre
Bodenfräse (nicht klappbar), die durch
Kopplung zweier Einheiten Tiger 190
über einen stabilen Zentralrahmen mit
Dreipunktbock ensteht. Bedingt durch
den Aufbau der Maschine wird die
aufgenommenen
Schlepperleistung
auf 2 Einheiten verteilt. Dadurch
werden die Belastungen des Gerätes
minimiert und die Zuverlässigkeit sowie
die Verwindungssteifigkeit erhöht. Die
Antriebsorgane der Seiteneinheiten sind
jeweils ausgelegt für eine Schlepperleistung
bis 280 PS. Deshalb ergeben sich große
Sicherheitsspannen, auch unter den
schwierigsten Einsatzbedingungen. Der
große Durchgang zwischen FräsRotor und
Gehäuse erlaubt den verstopfungsfreien
und
problemlosen
Einsatz
unter
schwierigen Bodenverhältnissen, wie
zum Beispiel unter schweren, harten und
steinigen Bedingungen oder bei großen
Mengen an pflanzlichen Rückständen.
