“SERVIZI ITALIA S.p.A. 2012-2015 ORDINARY SHARE WARRANTS”
Commencement of First Exercise Period – October 2013

As announced on 23rd July 2012 and 1st August 2012, the holders of “Servizi Italia S.p.A. 2012
– 2015 Ordinary Shares Warrants”, ISIN code no. IT IT0004813298 (the “Warrants”) may
apply for their warrants to be exercised between 1 st October 2013 and until 31st October 2013,
both dates included (the “First Exercise Period”), on each open market day, with the right to
subscribe to additional newly issued Servizi Italia ordinary shares admitted to trading on the
Electronic Stock Market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. each of nominal value
of Euro 1.00 and having normal enjoyment rights and the same features as Servizi Italia
ordinary shares outstanding at the issue date (the “Conversion Shares”), in the ratio of 1
Conversion Share for every 4 warrants exercised.
Applications for subscription must be made to the broker belonging to the Monte Titoli S.p.A.
centralized administration system with whom warrants are deposited.
The exercise price of warrants for the First Exercise Period is Euro 2.70 (two point seventy) for
each Conversion Share, which must be fully paid on application.
The exercising of warrants will be effective by the tenth open stock exchange day following the
end of the First Exercise Period.
No events are planned for the First Exercise Period that may cause the suspensionof exercise
rights pursuant to article 2.4 of the Warrant Regulations.

si comunica che i portatori dei Warrant potranno richiederne l’esercizio a decorrere dal 1 Ottobre
2013 e fino al 31 Ottobre 2013, termini iniziale e finale compresi (il “Primo Periodo di
Esercizio”), per ciascun giorno di mercato aperto, con diritto di sottoscrivere ulteriori azioni ordinarie Servizi Italia di nuova emissione, ammesse alla quotazione sul Mercato Telematico Azionario organizzato e gestito da Borsa italiana S.p.A. del valore nominale di Euro 1,00 ciascuna.
