Senior Consultant & Head of Business Area
Rita ha lavorato a Bruxelles presso la
Regione Emilia-Romagna per 8 anni con
il ruolo di Senior Policy Office & Project
Manager. È stata Direttore di una rete
europea di 12 Regioni e a ha seguito
diversi progetti nell’ambito della Ricerca
eInnovazione. Per 3 anni è stata Direttore
del Servizio Internazionalizzazione della
Confederazione Nazionale dell’Artigianato
e della Piccola e Media impresa e seguendo
lo start up e l’implementazione di percorsi
diinternazionalizzazione per molte imprese
italiane supportandole anche nelle ricerca
di finanziamenti. Da settembre 2014 lavora
presso Warrant Group.
Rita worked as Senior Policy Officer &
Project Manager at the Brussels branch
of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Authority for eight years. She has worked as
director of a European network comprising
12 regional authorities, managing various
projects linked to research and innovation. For three years, she was head of the
internationalisation department at the
Italian National Confederation of Crafts and
Small and Medium Enterprises, where she
handled the start-up and implementation
of internationalisation projects for a large
number of Italian companies, assisting
them also in their search for funding. She
joined Warrant Group in September 2014.
Elisa Castagna
Senior Consultant
Elisa lavora in Asia dal 2005. Dopo
un’esperienza alla camera italo-cinese
di Guangzhou (Canton), si è occupata di
Business Development presso la società di
consulenza americana “Wordlink to China
Services” a Shanghai. E’ stata responsabile dello start up e gestione della filiale
di Hong Kong per conto di una delle più
importanti aziende di gioielleria italiana. Il
suo punto di forza è l’esperienza multi-culturale e multi-settoriale (Marketing/
Communication & Economics). E’ entrata in
Warrant Group a gennaio del 2010.
Elisa has been working in Asia since 2005.
After a stint at the China-Italy Chamber of
Commerce in Guangzhou, she moved on
to the Shanghai branch of the US consulting company Worldlink to China Services,
where she focussed on business development. She then gained further experience
starting up and managing the Hong Kong
branch of one of Italy’s most important
jewellery companies. Her strengths originate from her multicultural, cross-industry experience (Marketing/Communication
& Economics). She joined Warrant Group
in January 2010.
Pierantonio Guiglia
Senior Consultant
Laureato in Economia, Pierantonio ha maturato la sua esperienza lavorando in Deloitte&Touches nel ruolo di Senior Auditor
specializzato in materia di Due Diligence,
IPO, M&A ed elaborazioni di business plan.
In precedenza ha lavorato come controller
presso il Gruppo Bosh. E’ entrato a far parte di Warrant Group a marzo del 2010.
A graduate in Economics, Pierantonio
gained most of his professional experience
at Deloitte&Touche, where he worked as a
senior auditor specialising in due diligence, IPO, M&A, and the preparation of business plans. Prior to that, he was employed
by the Bosch Group as a controller.
He joined Warrant Group in March 2010.
Jessica Carpani
Consultant
Ha maturato numerose esperienze nel

Jessica gained extensive experience in

businesses in Eastern Europe, as well as
handling various soft financing and consulting projects. She began her career with
Warrant Group in the international area

Massimiliano Porto
Junior Consultant
Dottore magistrale in Scienze Politiche Relazioni internazionali, si è specializzato
in International Trade Law e ha conseguito
un Master in International Business. Ha
svolto ricerche presso l’università Kwansei
Gakuin di Osaka (2009) sulla delocalizzazione delle multinazionali giapponesi

A graduate in Political Science and International Relations, Massimiliano specialises in international trade law and holds

University in Osaka, Japan (2009), he studied the relocation of Japanese multinationals to East Asia. He has also interned at
the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Japan
and at the Italian delegation to the OECD
