An die Amtstafel des Institutes
Betreff: Aufhebung von Bauvorhaben, die
nicht mehr weiter verfolgt werden.
FESTGESTELLT dass die nachstehend
angeführten Bauvorhaben nicht mehr
weiter geführt werden können und zwar
aus folgenden Gründen:
 Meran,
Ankauf
und
Sanierung
Starkenhof
(Kostenstelle
Nr.
50524078);
bereits
mit
interner
Mitteilung vom 26.11.2012 hatte der
damalige
Abteilungsdirektor
der
technischen Dienste, Ing. Bruno Gotter
bestätigt, dass das Bauvorhaben nicht
mehr ausgeführt wird, da der Ankauf
nicht vervollständigt werden kann.
 Niederdorf Bau von 4 Wohnungen
(Kostenstelle Nr. 51151521); der
Grund
wurde
der
Gemeinde
Niederdorf, gemäß ihrer Anfrage
zurückgegeben und deshalb wird das
Bauvorhaben nicht mehr verwirklicht.
Dies festgestellt und vorausgesetzt
verfügt
d e r Ab t e i l u n g s d i r e k t o r :
1) Es wird bestätigt, dass die oben
angeführten Bauvorhaben aus den
ebenfalls oben erwähnten Gründen
nicht mehr weiter verfolgt werden.
Oggetto: Soppressione di interventi edilizi.
CONSTATATO che gli interventi di seguito
indicati non possono più essere proseguiti
e precisamente per le seguenti motivazioni:

Merano,
acquisto
e
risanamento
Starkenhof (centro di costo n. 50524078);
già con comunicazione interna del
26.11.2012 l’allora direttore di ripartizione
tecnica, ing. Bruno Gotter aveva reso
noto che l’intervento non era più
realizzabile in quanto l’acquisto non
poteva essere portato a termine;

Villabassa, costruzione di 4 alloggi
(centro di costo 51151521); l’area è stata
restituita al Comune di Villabassa come
da sua richiesta e pertanto l’intervento
non viene più realizzato.
Tutto ciò constatato e premesso
il Direttore di Ripartizione
dispone:
1) Di confermare che gli interventi riportati
nella premessa non verranno più portati
avanti per le motivazioni pure sopra
indicate.

Innerhalb von 60 Tagen ab der Zustellung oder ab Veröffentlichung der vorliegenden Entscheidung kann gegen dieselbe beim
Regionalen Verwaltungsgericht-Autonome Sektion Bozen-Rekurs eingebracht werden.

Entro 60 giorni dalla notificazione o dalla pubblicazione della presente determinazione potrà essere presentato ricorso contro la
stessa al Tribunale Regionale Amministrativo-Sezione Autonoma di Bolzano.
