Mosaic Works Section
Selection and collective Exhibition:
The selected works will be displayed in a collective exhibition called Opere dal Mondo, which will be set up in Ravenna
at Palazzo Rasponi dalle Teste, Piazza Kennedy, for the entire Festival period, thus from the 10th of October to the 8th
of November 2015. Opening day Saturday 10th of October.
Selection Committee:
Works will be selected at the incontestable discretion of a Committee. Artists will be told about the selection results by
July 15th 2015.
The members of the selection panel will be Maria Rita Bentini, Rosetta Berardi, Silvia Colizzi, Linda Kniffitz, Maria
Grazia Marini, Felice Nittolo, Almuth Schöps and Nikos Tolis.
Organization:
Works transportation from and to the exhibit space is in charge of the artists, as well as the acquisition of any travel
documents needed. Further reimbursements for travel expenses might be applied.
Publication:
A catalogue collection from the Festival, dedicated to the Exhibition Opere dal Mondo, will be released in 2016.
How to apply:
Application is free and allowed to AIMC Members, regularly inscribed at the present year.
Applicants can candidate only one work and unreleased works will have a preference.
In order to apply, it is mandatory to send the following documents by the 31st of May 2015:

Committee will evaluate works by the pictures at disposal, therefore you are kindly ask to send high quality
images;

Each candidate gives the Organizer the rights to reproduce works and texts, with the purpose to edit the catalogue,
archive applications and promote the works on RavennaMosaico website, and further channels of communication and
activities possibly planned by the Organizer. All candidates expressly authorize the Organizer and its delegates to
process their personal data according to Law 675/96 (Privacy Policy) and subsequent amendments of D.lgs. 196/2003
(Privacy Code), also for the inclusion in database managed by the above-mentioned persons. Participation to the
contest implies full knowledge and acceptance of these rules.

Photographic Section
Selection and collective Exhibition:
A photographic exhibition, showing to public the relationship between mosaic and architecture will be set up by
projects realized at international level. Pictures of the selected works will be displayed in a collective photographic
exhibition called Architettura e Mosaico, hosted at Palazzo Rasponi dalle Teste in Piazza Kennedy during all the
Festival period, thus from the 10th of October to the 8th of November 2015, opening day on Saturday 10th of October.
Reproductions of the selected works will be printed on printing material due to set-up reasons. Printing the image on a
new printing board will be in charge of the organizer.
