Milan, 18 April 2014: Innovatec S.p.A. (hereinafter “Innovatec” and/or the “Company”) listed on AIM
Italia - Mercato Alternativo del Capitale of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., and active in the development of “hightech” products and services for the corporate and retail markets in the distributed generation field, smart
grids and smart cities, the energy efficiency and energy storage sectors, posted today on the company web
site www.innovatec.it, under the section “Investor Relations”:


The draft financial statement as at 31 December 2013, accompanied by the Directors' report on
operation, the Independent Auditor’s Report and the Board of Statutory Auditors' Report.
The Consolidated Financial Statement as at 31 December 2013 accompanied by the Independent
Auditor’s Report.
The financial statements published today take into account auditing firm's comments and maintain
revenues and net result unchanged with respect to the previous press release dated 26 March 2014
concerning the approval of draft financial statements.
Below are shown consolidated results for the period 1st October 2013 – 31st December 2013:





Value of production: Euro 0,6 million1
EBITDA: break-even
EBIT: negative at Euro 51 thousand
Net loss: Euro 44 thousand
Net financial indebtedness at Euro 0,4 million (a positive balance of Euro 0,5 million compared
to that previously communicated as a result of the partial reclassification of the liabilities due to
the controlling company, Kinexia S.p.A. amounting to Euro 0,9 million).
The results of the parent company Innovatec S.p.A.



Value of production:: Euro 35 thousand
EBITDA: negative at Euro 18 thousand
EBIT: negative at Euro 20 thousand
It only reflects Stea S.r.l. last quarter’s trend since the acquisition of Sun System and Roof Garden S.r.l. only have
consolidated their assets and liabilities.

Innovatec S.p.A., newly listed on AIM Italia Market, is an active holding company controlled by Kinexia S.p.A which operates in the
renewables and energy efficiency sectors. During the second quarter of 2013 Kinexia and Innovatec launched – also through the subsidiaries
