NATIXIS GLOBAL ASSET MANAGEMENT COMUNICA IL
COMPLETAMENTO DELL’ACQUISIZIONE DI DNCA FINANCE
1st July 2015, Natixis Global Asset Management ha comunicato oggi il completamento
dell’acquisizione di DNCA Finance (DNCA), espandendo così la propria struttura di affiliate a
livello globale e rafforzando la propria posizione nel mercato retail in Europa.
In quanto affiliate di Natixis Global Asset Management, DNCA, una società di gestione degli
investimenti riconosciuta a livello europeo, avrà accesso alle competenze centralizzate e
globali nella distribuzione di Natixis Global Asset Management. In questo modo, DNCA
svilupperà sin da subito la propria attività in Europa, entrando in nuovi mercati come la
Spagna ed espandendo la propria presenza in Germania e Svizzera. DNCA manterrà la
propria indipendenza e amplierà la propria copertura globale in qualità di affiliate di Natixis
Global Asset Management.
Il management di DNCA rimarrà azionista della società a fianco di Natixis Global Asset
Management e beneficerà di un meccanismo progressivo di riduzione, a partire dal 2016,
che porterà Natixis Global Asset Management ad aumentare gradualmente la propria quota
in DNCA fino a raggiungere il 100%.
Negli ultimi due anni, DNCA ha registrato una crescita eccezionale, triplicando il patrimonio
in gestione da 5 miliardi di euro agli attuali 16,5 miliardi*. Grazie a questa acquisizione,
DNCA manterrà un approccio indipendente alla gestione, offrendo a investitori istituzionali e
retail forti competenze nell’azionario europeo, nel long only e absolute return, nelle gestioni
multi-asset, nelle obbligazioni convertibili e nelle obbligazioni dell’eurozona.

*DNCA FINANCE ha triplicato il proprio patrimonio in gestione negli ultimi due anni e al 29 maggio
