autorizzano gli organizzatori all’uso dei dati personali per le finalità della gara. L.657/96,
art. 3. Riconosca FIA e CSAI quali unici Organi giurisdizionali competenti, salvo il Diritto
d’Appello previsto dal Codice e dal RNS. Rinuncia ad adire arbitri o altra giurisdizione per
fatti derivanti dall’organizzazione e dallo svolgimento della competizione. Ritiene sollevati
FIA, ACI, CSAI, Organizzatori ed Ufficiali di Gara da colpa di terzi, per danni subiti da esso
concorrente, suoi conduttori, passeggeri, dipendenti o beni. Percorso di gara e ricavato da
una strada adibita al normale traffico veicolare e pertanto potrebbe presentare delle insidie
e ritiene sollevati da ogni responsabilità sia l'Organizzatore che l'Ente proprietario della
strada stessa.

regulations of the event and guarantees to accept unconditionally and to comply with all requirements
contained therein, and authorize the organizers for the use of personal data the aims of the competition.
L.657/96, Art. 3. FIA and CSAI recognizes as the only competent court, unless the right of appeal under
the Code and the RNS. Surrender to sue other jurisdiction for acts arising from the organization and the
carrying out of the competition. FIA believes lifted, ACI, CSAI, Organisers and Officials from third-party
fault, for damage to its drivers, crew, passengers, employees or property. The racetrack and used the
proceeds from a road to normal vehicular traffic and therefore could present pitfalls and feels relieved of
any responsibility the Organising Authority is the owner of the road itself.
