The aromatic Bianco di Custoza is straw yellow with a slight
green shimmer. This dry white wine that fully reflects the
excellent vineyard sites in the province around Verona has
a light flavour of melon and kiwi. It offers a very present
sourness. Tangy and perfected with fine zest it is recommended as companion for starters, crustaceans, poultry and
pasty. To be served at 10 to 12°C.
Der duftige Bianco di Custoza schimmert im Glas hell strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. Dieser trockene Weißwein aus
der Provinz Verona duftet weinig mit Noten von Melone und
Kiwi. Präsent in der Säure, spritzig und abgerundet mit feiner
Würze schmeckt er hervorragend als Aperitif, zu Vorspeisen,
Schalen- und Krustentieren sowie zu Geflügel und Pasteten.
Bei einer Temperatur von 10 - 12° Grad servieren.
Vino secco della provincia di Verona, ha un colore giallo paglierino con riflessi verdognoli e trasmette al naso piacevoli
sensazioni di melone e kiwi. Grazie alla sua leggera vivacità,
alla sua acidità e a una nota finale amabile, accompagna ottimamente delicati antipasti, pasticci e carni bianche. Ideale
anche come aperitivo. Servire tra i 10 e i 12° C.
