Informazioni generali:
Per la stampa serigrafica con gli inchiostri XFM su pellicole
retro-riflettenti della serie :
•EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASSE 1
•CORLITE® HI GRADE CLASSE 2
è necessario utilizzare retini serigrafici 90 fili seta tipo “t”.
Si possono utilizzare anche retini con sete da 62 fili o 77 fili,
avendo la premura di aumentare le diluizione dell’inchiostro
serigrafico.
In ogni caso occorre sempre verificare colorimetria e valori di
retroriflettenza che devono superare il:
•70% dei valori minimi dei colori di riferimento stabiliti
dalle norme di prodotto DM 31.03.95 ed EN 12899-1
per il colore bianco di base
•50% dei valori minimi dei colori di riferimento stabiliti
dalle norme di prodotto DM 31.03.95 ed EN 12899-1
per il colore giallo di base.
Caratteristiche finali della pellicola
sovrastampata:
Le pellicole della serie EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE
CLASSE 1 e CORLITE® HI GRADE CLASSE 2, correttamente
stampate con inchiostri serigrafici della serie XFMEUROLUX®, mantengono le caratteristiche di colorimetria e
rifrangenza previste dal DM 31.03.95 e dalla EN 12899-1,
per tutto l’arco di tempo richiesto dalle normative stesse.

General characteristics:
XFM-EUROLUX® ink series is specifically created for screenprinting the following reflective sheeting:
•EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE CLASSE 1
•CORLITE® HI GRADE CLASSE 2
XFM-EUROLUX® inks have to be used with screen-printing
nets 90 T single filament silk fabric.
However it is possible the use of screen printing nets of 62
and 77 filament increasing the dilution up to 35%.
In any case the colorimetric parameters must be checked and
the coefficient of retroreflection shall be not less than:
•70% of the minimum values set up in the product’s norm
EN 12899-1 : 2007 and DM 31st March (white prime
colour);
•50% of the minimum values set up in the product’s norm
EN 12899-1 :2007 and DM 31st March (yellow prime
colour).
Screen-printed reflective sheeting properties:
Retroreflective sheetings EUROLUX® ENGINEER GRADE
CLASS 1 and CORLITE® HI GRADE CLASS 2 properly screenprinted with XFM-EUROLUX® inks keep the photometric and
colorimetric parameters cited in product’s norm EN 12899-1
: 2007 and DM 31st March, in the space of time required in
the above mentioned norms.
