rivestimento, è obbligatorio rivolgersi ad un
Centro Assistenza Tecnica Gruppo Piazzetta o a
personale qualificato.
• Questo manuale è stato redatto dal costruttore e
costituisce parte integrante del prodotto. Le
informazioni in esso contenute sono indirizzate
all’acquirente, e a tutte quelle persone che a vario
titolo concorrono all’installazione, all’uso e alla
manutenzione del prodotto.
• Leggete con attenzione le istruzioni e le
informazioni tecniche contenute in questo
manuale, prima di procedere all’installazione,
all’utilizzo e a qualsiasi intervento sul prodotto.

• Controllare l’esatta planarità del pavimento dove
verrà prodotto.
• Fare molta attenzione nel movimentare i
particolari in ceramica.
• Nel movimentare le parti in acciaio del
rivestimento o le parti in ceramica, si consiglia di
utilizzare guanti puliti in cotone, evitando di
lasciare impronte difficili da togliere per la prima
pulizia.
• Il montaggio del rivestimento deve essere
eseguito da due persone.
• Per compensare eventuali errori di planarità e
irregolarità, in dotazione al prodotto troverete un
nastro in fibra-vetro adesivo.
Nota del costruttore:
Il rivestimento della stufa è realizzato in maiolica semirefrattaria (da non confondere con altri materiali quali la porcellana).
I “cavilli” e i “puntini” o “vulcani d’aria” presenti sulla superficie smaltata sono caratteristiche estetiche del materiale e non influiscono
minimamente sulla funzionalità e durata del prodotto.
Il rivestimento in ceramica è il risultato di una esclusiva lavorazione artigianale, ogni pezzo in ceramica è un esemplare unico, eventuali
mancanze negli accoppiamenti o allineamenti è dovuta alla elevata artigianalità del prodotto.
Per i termini, limiti ed esclusioni fare riferimento al certificato di garanzia allegato al prodotto.
Il costruttore nell’intento di perseguire una politica di costante sviluppo e rinnovamento del prodotto può apportare, senza preavviso
alcuno, le modifiche che riterrà opportune.

- Sballare il rivestimento in ceramica con tutti i suoi
particolari attinenti.

Prima di procedere all’installazione provvedere ad una
idonea attrezzatura per l’assemblaggio del prodotto.
Per posizionare la stufa tenere presenti distanze e
posizioni della canna fumaria secondo quanto
consigliato nel libretto istruzioni allegato.
3.0 PRELIMINARI ALL’INSTALLAZIONE
Se si esegue l’installazione per la prima volta è consigliato
procedere con l’installazione completa senza l’uso di
collanti per verificare l’esatta e la completa fattibilità
dell’operazione. Una volta portata a compimento
smontare e rimontare tutto seguendo con attenzione le
istruzioni del presente libretto d’installazione.
Si consiglia che il disimballo e l'installazione
siano effettuati da almeno due persone.

4.0 INSTALLAZIONE
Posizionamento
- Posizionare la stufa MP 970 nella sede
prestabilita, rispettando le informazioni riportate
sul libretto di istruzioni della stufa MP 970.
- Allentare i dadi presenti sui piedini, regolare a
40,5 cm dalla fine del frontale inferiore al
pavimento, portare a livello la stufa regolando i
due piedini posteriori; infine serrare nuovamente
i dadi.

reversibile ma, consigliamo di installarlo
con la indicazione della lettera ”A” dal lato
superiore.

- Allentare le viti che fissano le “staffe per laterale”
e spostarle verso l’esterno della stufa.
- Appoggiare sopra la “staffa per laterale” il
supporto del “laterale 2 superiore in ceramica”,
agganciandolo sulle due apposite sedi, ed
allinearlo nella parte anteriore della stufa.

- Verificare ed eventualmente correggere
l’allineamento dei “laterale 2 superiore in
ceramica” con la parte frontale ed il profilo
chiusura posteriore della stufa.
- Procedere con le operazioni sin qui elencate
anche dal lato opposto.
Laterale 1 inferiore verniciato
Prima di montare il “laterale 1 inferiore verniciato”
destro attaccare la sonda ambiente e la spina di
alimentazione alla stufa (fare riferimento al
paragrafo “Collegamenti elettrici” sul libretto di
istruzioni della stufa a pellet MP 970).
- Inserire il “laterale 1 inferiore verniciato” dal lato
frontale della stufa, agganciandolo tra le due viti
esagonali e la molla. Far scorrere indietro il
“laterale 1 inferiore verniciato” fino ad aggancio
compiuto.
- Verificare e correggere l’allineamento con il
“laterale 2 superiore in ceramica”, quindi togliere
il “laterale 1 inferiore verniciato” e fissare in modo
definitivo le viti della “staffa per laterale” (figura
4) e le viti a farfalla (figura 5); quindi rimontare il
“laterale 1 inferiore verniciato”.
- Proseguire all’installazione del “laterale 1 inferiore
verniciato” dal lato opposto.
A rivestimento completamente installato è
comunque possibile smontare i “laterale 2
superiore in ceramica” togliendo le viti a
farfalla nella parte inferiore degli stessi;
quindi far scorrere in avanti ed infine verso
l’esterno i laterali.

parte inferiore (senza bloccarlo in modo definitivo)
con due viti a farfalla e con le corrispettive rondelle
a corredo della stufa (figura 5).

rivolta verso sinistra, se fosse necessario invertirla

with installing, using and maintaining the

installing or using the product or carrying out any
work on it.
• Meticulous design and risk analysis by Gruppo

of a safe product. It is, however, strongly
recommended that when carrying out any
operation on the product you scrupulously
comply with the instructions given in the
following booklet and keep it in a handy place for
reference.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
• Check that the floor where the product will be
installed is perfectly level.
• Take great care in handling the ceramic parts.
• When handling the steel parts of the cladding or
the ceramic parts it is advisable to wear clean
cotton gloves to avoid leaving fingerprints that
are difficult to remove at first time of cleaning.
• The cladding must be assembled by two persons.
• To compensate for any errors in levelness and
unevenness, adhesive fibreglass tape is provided
with the product.
Manufacturer's note:
The stove has semi-refractory majolica cladding (not to be confused with other materials such as porcelain).
“Crazing”, “dimples” or “blisters” on the glazed surface are aesthetic features of the material and in no way affect the functionality and
durability of the product.
The ceramic cladding is the result of exclusive craftsmanship; each ceramic piece is unique and any discrepancy in fit or alignment is due
to much of the product being hand made.
See the guarantee certificate enclosed with the product for the terms, limitations and exclusions.

3.0 PREPARATIONS FOR INSTALLATION
- Unpack the ceramic cover with all its attendant
parts.
- Unpack the stove with all its attendant parts.
Before starting installation ensure that you have the
correct equipment to carry out the procedure.
While positioning the stove, adhere to the relative
distances and placement of the flue as advised in the
instruction handbook.

If carrying out installation for the first time, we advise
that you first complete the installation process without
permanently fixing parts in place in order to verify the
complete feasibility of the operation. Once completed
satisfactorily, dismantle then reassemble everything
following the instructions in this installation handbook
carefully.
We advise that unpacking and installation are
carried out by at least two people.

Positioning
- Place the stove MP 970 it its final place of
installation, complying with the instructions given
in the MP 970 stove instruction booklet.
- Loosen the nuts on the feet, adjust the feet until the
bottom of the lower front element is 40.5 cm from
the floor and level the stove by adjusting the two
rear feet; lastly tighten the nuts.

The “ceramic upper side element 2” can be
upended, but we recommend installing it with
the side marked by the letter “A” topmost.

- Loosen the screws fixing the “side element clamps”
and move the clamps towards the exterior of the
stove.
- Rest the “ceramic upper side element 2” support on
top of the “side element clamp”, slotting it onto the
two relative seats, and align it with the front part of
the stove.

- Secure the “ceramic upper side element 2” at the
bottom using two butterfly nuts (without fully
tightening them) plus the corresponding washers
supplied with the stove kit (figure 5).
BUTTERFLY NUT
- Check and if necessary correct the alignment of
the “ceramic upper side element 2” with the front
part and the rear sealing strip of the stove.
- Repeat the above steps on the opposite side.
Enamelled lower side element (1)
Before mounting the right “enamelled lower side
element 1”, connect the room sensor and the power
plug to the stove (see the “Electrical connections”
paragraph in the instruction booklet of the pellet
stove MP 970).
- Insert the “enamelled lower side element 1” from
the front of the stove, securing it between the two
hexagon-head screws and the spring. Slide the
“enamelled lower side element 1” towards the
rear until it is properly slotted into place.
- Check and if necessary correct the alignment with
the “ceramic upper side element 2”, then remove
the “enamelled lower side element 1” and fully
tighten the screws of the “side element clamp”
(figure 4) and the butterfly nuts (figure 5); then
remount the “enamelled lower side element 1”.
- Continue by installing the “enamelled lower side
element 1” on the opposite side.
Even after installation of the cladding has
been completed, it is possible to remove the
“ceramic upper side elements 2” by
removing the butterfly nuts in the lower
part, then sliding the side elements
forwards and lastly outwards.

a polystyrene panel and apply the supplied

Sehr vorsichtig mit den Keramikteilen umgehen.
Es wird empfohlen beim Anfassen der Stahlteile
saubere Baumwollhandschuhe zu tragen, um
Fingerabdrücke, die später schwierig zu entfernen
sind, zu vermeiden.
Der Aufbau der Verkleidung muss zu zweit
durchgeführt werden.
Verwenden Sie die beigefügte Glasfaserdichtung,
um eventuelle Unebenheiten auszugleichen.
Hinweis des Herstellers:
Die Ofenverkleidung besteht aus einer feuerfesten Kachel (nicht zu verwechseln mit anderen Materialien wie z. B. Porzellan).
Die Krakeleerisse oder Pickel in der Glasur sind herstellungsbedingte, charakteristische Eigenschaften des Materials und beeinträchtigen
nicht die Funktionalität und Lebensdauer des Produktes.
Die Keramikverkleidung der Öfen ist das Ergebnis einer exklusiven handwerklichen Verarbeitung. Jede Kachel ist ein Unikat. Eventuelle
Abweichungen der einzelnen Kacheln voneinander sind Kennzeichen eines hochwertigen handwerklichen Erzeugnisses.
Sonstige Gewährleistungsbestimmungen und Haftungsbeschränkungen sind in der Garantiekarte des Liefergegenstandes zu lesen.
Der Hersteller behält sich jedoch vor, aufgrund ständiger technologischer Entwicklung und Erneuerung des Produktes, ohne vorherige

Bevor Sie mit dem Aufbau beginnen, vergewissern Sie sich,
dass Sie entsprechendes Werkzeug für die Montage des
Produktes haben.
Beim Aufbau des Ofens müssen die Abstände und Position des
Schornsteinrohres gemäß den Angaben der Bedienungsanleitung
für den Heizeinsatz berücksichtigt werden.

3.0 HINWEISE FÜR DEN AUFBAU
Wird die Installation zum erstem Mal ausgeführt, so empfiehlt es
sich, diese erst einmal komplett ohne Kleber durchzuführen,
damit Sie die Ausführbarkeit Ihrer Tätigkeit überprüfen können.
Haben Sie dieses erfolgreich beendet, zerlegen Sie den Ofen
wieder und bauen ihn gemäß der Aufbauanleitung wieder auf.
Der Aufbau der Verkleidung muss zu zweit durchgeführt
werden.

4.0 AUFBAU
Aufstellen
- Den Ofen MP 970 an der gewünschten Stelle
aufstellen und dabei die Anweisungen in der
entsprechenden Betriebsanleitung befolgen.
- Die Schraubenmuttern an den Stellfüßen lösen und
diese so einstellen, dass der Abstand zwischen
Oberkante der unteren Frontverkleidung und
Fußboden 40,5 cm beträgt. Mit Hilfe der hinteren
Füße den Ofen in die Waagerechte ausrichten; die
Schraubenmuttern wieder festziehen.

Lackierte, untere Seitenverkleidung 1
Bevor
die
rechte
“lackierte,
untere
Seitenverkleidung 1” angebracht wird, muss der
Raumtemperaturfühler und der Stecker am Ofen
angeschlossen
werden
(siehe
Abschnitt
“Elektrische Anschlüsse” der Betriebsanleitung für
den Pellet - Ofen MP 970).
- Die “lackierte, untere Seitenverkleidung 1” vorne
am
Ofen
zwischen
den
beiden
Sechskantschrauben und der Feder einhängen.
Die “lackierte, untere Seitenverkleidung 1” nach
hinten schieben bis diese einrastet.
- Die
Ausrichtung
mit
der
“oberen
Seitenverkleidung 2 aus Keramik” überprüfen und
gegebenenfalls korrigieren. Die “lackierte, untere
Seitenverkleidung 1” nochmals abnehmen und
die Schrauben des seitlichen Befestigungsbügels
(Abb. 4) sowie die Flügelschrauben (Abb. 5)
endgültig festziehen. Die “lackierte, untere
Seitenverkleidung 1” wieder anbringen.
- Mit der Anbringung der “lackierten, unteren
Seitenverkleidung 1” auf der anderen Seite
ebenso verfahren.
Nachdem die Verkleidung komplett
aufgebaut wurde, ist es trotzdem noch
möglich die “oberen Seitenverkleidungen 2
aus Keramik” abzunehmen, indem die
Flügelschrauben unten an den Kacheln
gelöst werden und die Kacheln nach vorne
und dann nach außen geschoben werden.

- Die “obere Seitenverkleidung 2 aus Keramik” unten
mit zwei Flügelschrauben und den entsprechen
Unterlegscheiben befestigen (ohne sie endgültig
festzuziehen (abb. 5).
Öffnung des Pellettanks
Der Ofen wird mit einer Öffnungsvorrichtung für
“das Kuppelgitter” und einem „Tankdeckel”, die
nach links aufgehen, zusammengebaut. Falls es
erforderlich ist, den Anschlag auf die rechte Seite zu
verlegen, wie folgt vorgehen:

Faites très attention quand vous manipulez les
pièces en céramique.
Nous vous conseillons de porter des gants en
coton propres pendant que vous manipulez les
parties en acier du revêtement ou les parties en
céramique, afin de ne pas laisser d’empreintes
difficiles à nettoyer.
Le montage du revêtement doit être effectué par
deux personnes.
Pour parer aux éventuels problèmes de planéité et
d’irrégularité, utilisez le ruban en fibre de verre
adhésif fourni en dotation avec le produit.
Remarque du Fabricant
Le revêtement du poêle est réalisé en faïence semi-réfractaire (à ne pas confondre avec d’autres matériaux comme la porcelaine).
Les “craquelures”, les “piqûres” ou les “bulles éclatées” présentes sur la surface émaillée sont des caractéristiques esthétiques propres
à ce matériau, et ne sont absolument pas préjudiciables à la fonctionnalité et à la durabilité du produit.
Le revêtement en céramique étant issu d’un travail exclusivement artisanal, et chaque pièce en céramique étant de ce fait un exemplaire
unique, quelques petites difficultés d’emboîtement ou d’alignement lors de l’installation pourraient éventuellement survenir.
Pour les termes, les limites et les exclusions, reportez-vous au certificat de garantie qui accompagne le produit.
Dans le but de poursuivre une politique de développement constant et de renouvellement du produit, le Fabricant se réserve la faculté

Déballez le poêle avec toutes ses pièces.
Avant de procéder à l’installation, prévoyez tous
les outils nécessaires à l’assemblage du poêle.
Positionnez le poêle dans le respect des distances
et des positions du conduit d’évacuation indiquées
dans le manuel annexé.

Si le poêle est installé pour la première fois, il est
conseillé de le monter complètement sans utiliser
de colle pour vérifier si tout correspond. Une fois
que vous l’avez monté, démontez-le et remontez-le
une autre fois en suivant scrupuleusement les
instructions du présent manuel.
Nous conseillons de faire effectuer le
déballage et l’installation par au moins
deux personnes.

4.0 INSTALLATION
Mise en place
- Placez le poêle MP 970 à l’endroit prévu
conformément aux instructions figurant sur la
relative notice du poêle MP 970.
- Desserrez les écrous qui se trouvent sur les vérins
de manière à ce qu’il y ait un espace de 40,5 cm
entre la partie basse du bandeau frontal inférieur et
le sol, mettez le poêle à niveau en réglant les deux
vérins postérieurs et resserrez les écrous.

- Desserrez les vis qui fixent les étriers pour panneau
latéral et déplacez-les vers la partie externe du
poêle.
- Posez sur l’étrier pour panneau latéral le support du
panneau latéral supérieur 2 en céramique et
enclenchez-le sur les deux tenons prévus à cet effet
en veillant à bien l’aligner à la partie avant du poêle.

- Fixez le panneau latéral supérieur 2 en céramique
en partie basse (sans serrer à fond) au moyen de
deux vis à ailettes et relatives rondelles fournies en
dotation avec le poêle (figure 5).

- Vérifiez si le panneau latéral supérieur 2 en
céramique est bien aligné à la façade et au filler
postérieur du poêle. Au besoin, ajustez sa
position.
- Faites le montage du côté opposé en procédant
de la même manière.

Panneau latéral inférieur 1 peint
Avant de procéder au montage du panneau latéral
inférieur 1 peint droit, montez la sonde d’ambiance
et la fiche d’alimentation sur le poêle (voyez le
paragraphe “Branchements électriques” sur la
notice du poêle à granulés MP 970).
- Montez le panneau latéral inférieur 1 peint en
l’accrochant entre les deux vis à six pans et le
ressort. Pour ce faire, procédez du côté façade du
poêle. Faites glisser en arrière le panneau
inférieur 1 peint jusqu’à ce qu’il soit bien
accroché.
- Assurez-vous qu’il soit bien aligné au panneau
latéral supérieur 2 en céramique. Au besoin,
ajustez sa position. Ensuite, enlevez le panneau
latéral inférieur 1 peint et serrez à fond les vis de
l’étrier pour panneau latéral (figure x) et les vis à
ailettes (figure 5). Après quoi, remontez le
panneau latéral inférieur 1 peint.
- Montez le panneau latéral inférieur 1 peint du côté
opposé.
Une fois que le rhabillage est terminé, il est
tout de même possible de démonter les
panneaux latéraux supérieurs 2 en
céramique, et ceci en enlevant les vis à
ailettes en partie basse de ceux-ci et en les
faisant glisser vers l’avant jusqu’à ce qu’ils
se dégagent.

Le poêle est assemblé avec l’ouverture de la grille
pour coupole et du couvercle du réservoir tournée
vers la gauche. Si vous avez besoin de l’inverser,
procédez de la façon suivante:

Anneau 3 en céramique
- Posez l’anneau 3 en céramique sur le poêle,
centrez-le et alignez-le en partie arrière aux
panneaux latéraux 2 supérieurs en céramique.

- Au besoin, ajustez la planéité de l’anneau en
appliquant du ruban de fibre de verre adhésif
entre l’anneau 3 en céramique et les points
d’appui sur la structure métallique du poêle.

logement comme illustré ci-contre.

- Posez la grille (6) à sa place sur l’anneau 3 en
céramique en veillant à bien la centrer.

Coupole 4 en céramique
- Avant de monter la coupole 4 en céramique,
posez-la sur un panneau en polystyrène et
appliquez du ruban de fibre de verre, fourni en
dotation, sur tout le pourtour afin d’éviter de
l’ébrécher en la posant sur les autres pièces en
céramique.

- Ensuite, posez la coupole 4 en céramique sur

Montage de la grille pour coupole
- Enlevez les trois vis qui se trouvent sur le support
grille de l’élément supérieur du réservoir.

GRILLE POUR COUPOLE
- Positionnez la grille pour coupole ainsi qu’il est
indiqué sur la figure. Ensuite, revissez les trois vis
que vous avez enlevées auparavant (sans les
serrer à fond).
- Vérifiez la mise en place correcte de la grille par
rapport à la coupole. Les trous oblongs pratiqués
sur la grille tout comme sur le support grille
facilitent ce contrôle.

- Après quoi, serrez à fond toutes les vis du
support grille et de la grille pour coupole.
