AVVIAMENTO ELETTRICO DEL
MOTORE
A motore freddo, cioè dopo
prolungato fermo del motociclo o
in presenza di bassa temperatura
ambientale operare nel modo
seguente:
1) porre il rubinetto carburante
in posizione ON;
2) mettere la leva (1) del
cambio in folle;
3) tirare il pomello NERO (2)
dello starter;
4) ruotare completamente per 2
volte la manopola (3) del
comando gas;
5) tirare la leva (4) della
frizione;
6) premere il pulsante
avviamento (5). Rilasciare poi
la leva frizione (4).
ENGINE ELECTRIC START
With cold engine, as after a
prolonged inactivity of the
motorcycle or in presence of
a low external temperature,
proceed as follows:
1) set fuel cock in ON position;
2) shift gear pedal (1) in neutral
position;
3) pull the BLACK starter knob
(2);
4) turn twice completely the
throttle control grip (3);
5) pull the clutch control lever
(4);
6) press the start button (5).
Release the clutch control lever
(4).
DÉMARRAGE ELECTRIQUE DU
MOTEUR
Au moteur froid, c’est-à-dire
après arrêt prolongé du motocycle
ou en présence de basse
température ambiante, opérer de
la manière suivante:
1) placer le robinet carburant en
position ON;
2) placer le levier (1) de la boîte
de vitesses dans la position
de point mort;
3) tirer le pommeau (2) NOIR
du starter;
4) tourner complètement pour 2
fois le poignée (3) du commande
du gaz;
5) tirer le levier (5) de commande
embrayage;
6) presser le bouton (7) de
démarrage. Relâcher le levier
(4) commande embrayage.

Zu kaltem Motor, das heißt,

avviamento a motore caldo, o
dopo una caduta, operare nel
modo seguente:
1) mettere la leva (1) del
cambio in folle;
2) tirare il pomello ROSSO

3) tirare la leva (3) della
frizione;
4) premere l’interruttore
avviamento-arresto motore
(4) quindi il pulsante
avviamento (5). Rilasciare poi
la leva frizione (3).

Chiudere completamente la
manopola (1) del gas in modo da
far decelerare il motociclo;
- frenare sia anteriormente che
posteriormente mentre si scalano
le marce (per una forte
decelerazione, agire in modo
deciso su leva e pedale dei freni);
- una volta arrestato il motociclo,
tirare la leva frizione e porre il
pedale (2) del cambio in posizione
di folle;
- premere il pulsante rosso (3) di
arresto motore;
- chiudere il rubinetto (4) del
carburante.
STOPPING THE MOTORCYCLE
AND THE ENGINE
Close the throttle control grip (1)
completely so that the engine will
help slow down the motorcycle;
- for normal braking, gradually
apply both front and rear brakes
while down shifting (for maximum
deceleration, apply the front and
rear brakes firmly);
- when stopped, pull the clutch

- press the engine stop red button

Se si avverte gioco occorrerà
eseguire la regolazione operando
come segue:
allentare il dado (1) del cannotto
di sterzo.
Allentare le quattro viti (3) di
fissaggio della testa di sterzo agli
steli forcella.
Ruotare in senso orario la ghiera
(2) del cannotto di sterzo con
l’apposita chiave speciale, fino ad
ottenere una corretta registrazione
del gioco.
Serrare il dado (1) del cannotto
alla coppia di serraggio di 8÷9
Kgm. (78,4÷88,3 Nm).
Serrare le quattro viti (3) sulla
testa di sterzo a 22,5÷26,5 Nm
(2,3÷2,7 Kgm).
If play is noticed, proceed with
adjustment as follows:
- loosen steering sleeve nut (1);
- loosen four screws that fix
steering head to fork rods (3);
- Turn the steering ring nut (2)
clockwise of the steering
sleeve proper tool, to adjust
play properly;
- tighten steering sleeve nut (1) to
a torque setting of 57,9÷ 65,1 Lb/ft;
(78,4÷ 88,3 Nm);
- tighten four screws on the
steering head (3) to a torque of
22,5÷ 26,5 Nm (16.6÷ 19.5 Lb/ft).
En présence d’un jeu, effectuer un
réglage comme suit:
- desserrer l’ecrou (1) de la barre
de direction;
- desserrer les 4 vis (3) de
fixation de la tête de direction
aux montants de la fourche.
- Tourner en sens horaire le
collier (2) par la clé spéciale
de la barre de direction, jusqu’à
l’obtention d’un réglage correct du
jeu.
- serrer l’ecrou (1) de la barre
avec un couple de serrage de
8÷9 Kgm.(78,4÷88,3 Nm)
- serrer les 4 vis (3) sur la tête de
direction 22,5÷26,5 Nm
(2,3÷2,7 Kgm).

- Die Mutter (1) des Lenkrohrs
mit einem Anzugsmoment von
8÷ 9 Kgm.(78,4÷ 88,3 Nm) sichern.
Die vier Schrauben (3) am
Lenkkopf mit 22,5÷ 26,5 Nm (
2,3÷ 2,7 Kgm).

In order to effect a correct assembly, the
handlebar is provided with reference marks, as
shown in the figure.
GUIDON
Le guidon est doté de références pour en
effectuer correctement l’assemblage, comme
indiqué sur l’illustration.
LENKER
Der Lenker ist mit Bezügen ausgestattet um
korrekt die Montage davon vorzunehmen, wie
geeignet auf die Figur.
MANILLAR
El manillar es dotado con referencias para
efectuar correctamente de ello el montaje,
como indicado en la figura.

SILENZIATORE DI SCARICO
In funzione dell’impiego del motociclo nel
circuito e dei limiti fonometrici ammessi, è
possibile togliere il terminale interno (2) del
silenziatore di scarico previa rimozione
dell’anello elastico (1) di ritegno.
EXHAUST SILENCER
According with the use of the motorcycle in the
circuit and of the admitted noise limits, it is
possible to remove the inner pipe (2) of the
exhaust silencer after the elastic ring (1)
removal.
SILENCIEUX D’ECHAPPEMENT
Dans l’emploi du motocycle dans le circuit et
des limites de bruit admises, il est possible
d’enlever le terminal (2) du silencieux
d’echappement après le déplacement
de la bague élastique (1) de fixation.
SCHALLDÄMPFER
In Betrieb von der Stelle des Kraftrades in der
Ring und die von Lärm zugelassenen Grenzen
ist er möglich das Terminal (2) vom Schalldämpfer abzunehmen, nachdem entfernte es
den elastischen Ring (1) von Befestigung.
SILENCIADOR DE ESCAPE
En función del empleo del motociclo en el
circuito y de los límites de rumorosidad
admitidos, es posible sacar el terminal (2) del
silenciador de escape previa remoción del
anillo elástico (1) de fijado.

SERBATOIO RECUPERO LIQUIDI
Controllare periodicamente il livello nel
serbatoio (1): qualora si trovasse a circa 1/3 del
massimo, rimuovere il tappo (2) con l’ausilio di
un cacciavite e scaricare il liquido. Effettuata
l’operazione, rimontare il tappo.
FLUIDS TANK
Check periodically the fluid level in the tank (1):
if the level is approx. at 1/3 of the top level,
remove the plug (2) using a screwdriver and
drain the fluid. This operation done, reassemble
the plug.
RÉSERVOIR DU LIQUIDES
Contrôler périodiquement le niveau dans le
réservoir (1): si il se trouvât à environ 1/3 du
maximum, enlever le bouchon (2) avec le
secours d’un tournevis et décharger le liquide.
Effectuée l’opération remonter le bouchon.
BEHÄLTER DER FLÜSSIGKEITEN
Periodisch den Stand im Behälter (1) kontrollieren:, falls es zu etwa 1/3 von das größten wäre,
den Pfropfen (2) mit der Hilfe von einem
Schraubenzieher entfernen und die Flüssigkeit
entladen. Nimmt die Operation vor, wieder den
Pfropfen zusammensetzen.
TANQUE LÍQUIDOS
Controlar periódicamente el nivel en el tanque
(1): en caso de que se encontrara a acerca de
1/3 de lo máximo, remover el tapón (2) con el
auxilio de un destornillador y descargar el
líquido. Efectuada la operación, reensamblar el
tapón.
