The consumer is entitled to the rights provided
for under the Italian Consumer Code
The stoves sold by SA.VI.CHEM Srl undergo strict quality testing and deliver performance and comfort provided
that the product is used in a diligent and correct manner,
as indicated in the Operating Instructions provided.
If your stove manifests any malfunctions, please contact
the Retailer within 60 days of detecting the defect.
RULES FOR ACTIVATING THE WARRANTY
The warranty starts automatically from the moment of
purchase.
For assistance, you may contact your dealer or connect
to the site www.savichem.it or contact our Customer Care toll-free number 800.60.65.95 (only from
Italy).
The warranty is valid in Italy from the date shown on a
valid proof of purchase (till receipt or invoice) for the
period established under current laws, i.e. 24 months in
the case of a purchase with a receipt or 12 months in the
case of a purchase for which a tax invoice is issued.
In the absence of valid proof of purchase (till receipt or
invoice) warranty rights cannot be exercised. We shall
note that the receipt or invoice must specify the item
purchased, as well as the amount paid.
The warranty entitles you to free repair or replacement
of the components which show nonconformities and also
covers any costs of shipping the product to the Service
Centre.
The warranty shall be valid on condition that:

the product has been installed in accordance with
currently applicable regulations and the instructions
contained in the operation and maintenance manual
−
the receipt and/or invoice has been delivered in copy to the
Reseller or the Service Center staff, together with identification data, contacts, model and serial number of the product
If the Service Centre carrying out the warranty work judges the
defect to be objectively impossible or excessively costly to repair, it shall replace the defective component or nonconforming
product.
The warranty shall NOT be valid in the event of:
−
installation not complying with currently applicable regulations and the instructions contained in the product operation
and maintenance manual
−
defects due to lack of, improper or negligent maintenance of
the product
−
electrical systems in the places where the product is used
which do not comply with current regulations
−
damage caused by alterations deriving from ambient, climatic
or other conditions or which is not in any case ascribable to
manufacturing defects
−
damage caused by failure to abide by the instructions provided in the product operation and maintenance manual
−
damage caused by unauthorized technical personnel or during transport
−
damage caused to the stove as a result of the use of other fuels
than those specifically listed on the site www.savichem.it or
indicated by our Customer Care toll-free number

No other direct or indirect injury or damage that may occur to
people, property or pets is covered by this warranty.
Any service will not stop or extend the warranty period.
Any cost without finding defects shall be borne by the customer.
The guarantee does not be eligible for assistance outside
the Italian territory.

severi test di qualità e consentono prestazioni e comfort a
condizione che il prodotto venga utilizzato in modo diligente e corretto, come indicato nelle Istruzioni d’Uso allegate.
Qualora il suo prodotto dovesse presentare dei malfunzionamenti, La invitiamo a rivolgersi entro 60 giorni dalla scoperta dei difetti al Suo Rivenditore.
La garanzia è attiva automaticamente sin dal momento
dell’acquisto. Per richiedere assistenza, l’acquirente potrà
rivolgersi al proprio rivenditore, collegarsi al sito
www.savichem.it ed inserire i dati nell’apposita sezione,
oppure contattare il nostro Customer Care al numero verde

La garanzia ha validità in Italia dalla data comprovata da
documento fiscale valido (scontrino fiscale o fattura d'acquisto) per il periodo previsto dalla legge vigente e pari a 24
mesi in caso di acquisto con scontrino fiscale, o 12 mesi in
caso di acquisto con fattura fiscale.
La garanzia dà diritto alla riparazione o sostituzione gratuita
dei componenti che presentano difetti di conformità e copre
anche le eventuali spese di spedizione del prodotto al Centro
Assistenza Tecnica.

Nessun altro danno diretto o indiretto che possa derivare a
persone, cose e animali domestici è coperto dalla presente
Garanzia.
L’eventuale intervento di assistenza non interrompe né prolunga il termine di garanzia.
La garanzia è valida a condizione che:

il prodotto sia stato installato conformemente alle norme
vigenti in materia e alle prescrizioni contenute nel manuale d’uso e manutenzione
−
lo scontrino e/o fattura di acquisto siano consegnati in
copia leggibile al Rivenditore o al personale del Centro

La garanzia NON è valida in caso di:

In caso di mancanza di documento fiscale valido (scontrino
fiscale o fattura d'acquisto) il diritto di garanzia non potrà
essere esercitato. Ricordiamo che nel documento fiscale
deve essere specificato il bene acquistato, oltre all'importo.

Qualora il Centro Assistenza Tecnica che effettuerà
l’intervento in garanzia dovesse ritenere la riparazione oggettivamente impossibile o eccessivamente onerosa, provvederà
alla sostituzione del componente difettoso o del prodotto non
conforme.
Restano a carico del cliente tutti i costi d’intervento senza
alcun riscontro di difetti.
La presente Garanzia non da diritto ad assistenza al di fuori
del territorio italiano.
