GARANZIA. La garanzia è regolata dal Codice di Consumo (d.lgs 206/5) che ha recepito la Direttiva Comunitaria 199/44/CE - Gli articoli del Codice di
Consumo che regolamentano la garanzia dei beni di consumo sono gli artt. 128-135 - La Garanzia è di 24 mesi dalla data riportata sullo scontrino fiscale o sulla
fattura intestata ad un privato con codice fiscale - È di 12 mesi dalla data riportata sulla fattura intestata ad un’Azienda con Partita Iva - La garanzia, nel periodo
in cui essa è in vigore, decade per difetti di funzionamento che dipendono da rotture dovute a cadute, uso improprio degli apparecchi, manomissione, negligenza,
mancata manutenzione, richieste di modifiche che richiedono il cambio della parte elettronica non difettosa.

Consumers’ Code that regulate warranty on consumer goods are arts. 128-135 - The warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, as shown on the sales receipt
or the Invoice made out to an individual and bearing his/her national identification number - The warranty is valid for 12 months from the date shown on the invoice made out
to a Company with VAT identification number - During the period of validity, the warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by dropping or breaking the device, improper use
of the device, tampering, negligence, improper maintenance or requests for modifications that require the replacement of a non-defective electronic component.
