Super Easy Glue è un collante adesivo ultra forte che viene
fornito con polveri di plastica nera e polveri di alluminio grigio di

EASY LIFT is a mobile hydraulic crick lift, with a column structure, built and
manufactured to allow the operator to work on wheels or under-doors at man's
height. The raise and descent movement are obtained using a sleigh fixed to a
chain connected to an hydraulic cylinder. Hydro-pneumatic pump with hand
remote control, reduced dimensions and a remarkable ease of handling, obtained
thanks to wheels allowing an easy displacement are its main features.

Vaschetta in lamiera zincata, può essere
facilmente fissata al muro tramite aste di
fissaggio ed è l’ideale in ogni carrozzeria
Immergere le modanature per qulache ora nell’apposita vasca (si consiglia
come periodo di immersione 8 ore). Una volt ache l’adesivo è ammorbidito
procedure alla rimozione con una spatola di plastica. Prima del riutilizzo della
modanatura si consiglia il lavaggio con acqua.

Steel galvanized tray can be easily fixed to the
wall using its rods; it is useful in every car-body
shop.
USING
Dip moldings for a few hours in the zincked tray (we recommend a period of 8
hours immersion). Once the adhesive is softened proceed with removal with a
plastic spatula. Before re-use the molding we recommend washing it with
water.

Tubo riscaldante a 40° al calcio dell' aerografo (all' ugello 25°/30° circa).
Molto utile nella stagione invernale quando la temperatura dell' aria immessa dal
compressore è vicina allo 0°. Utilizzare aria “calda” significa diminuire i tempi di
appassimento tra una mano e l' altra di prodotto e aumentare la distensione e la
brillantezza della finitura trasparente.
Lo strumento può essere solo acceso e spento dall' operatore che non può
modificare la temperatura d' esercizio. Con altri strumenti simili ( temperatura
variabile), gli operatori, volendo fare in fretta, tendono ad elevare troppo la
temperatura applicando così prodotti troppo secchi ( i solventi presenti nel prodotto
evaporano con il calore) rischiando nel tempo, problemi di distacco del prodotto
stesso, con i conseguenti danni economici che ciò comporta

verniciatura , dopo aver passato il panno antipolvere, spruzzando quest' aria
ionizzata si vanno a neutralizzare le cariche elettrostatiche dovute alla
carteggiatura, al soffiaggio con aria compressa, alle materie plastiche ( paraurti,
parafanghi, fascioni etc). Il supporto diventa così un supporto pulito, ostile al
deposito del pulviscolo atmosferico. Altri vantaggi riscontrati sono una maggiore
distensione della base e di conseguenza un trasparente più disteso e brillante.
