Robotized packaging line integrating both operations of deep draw thermoforming
and cartoning as well as both product and tray robotized feeding systems in a single monoblock.
The whole line is controlled by a single, common PC, and is characterized by a small footprint.

The Robovision is integrated in the thermoformer feeding area.
It can be equipped with various product feeding systems:
- vibratory linear accumulation table with lining-up/sorting
system for ampoules, vials, cartridges and the like;
- infeed/sorting system for prefilled syringes,
disposable needles, safety syringes, and the like.

it picks up the good trays directly from the outfeed
conveyor to positively feed them into the cartoner
toothed conveyor, with tray orientation
