Caruso & Minini is today a solid company thanks to the continuous collaboration of two men that share the same passion and devotion towards wine even though they are geographically apart. Day after day this perfect combination produces original and surprising products. The two vineyards, Giummarella and Cutaja, are the priceless legacy belonging to the Caruso family for three generations: a total of 120 hectares lying on a group of hills between Salemi and Marsala, a few kilometers from the cellar. It is located in the heart of an area that has an undeniable vocation to produce suitable grapes to make excellent wines.
