I minicarrello trainafilo WF230 e WF2000 sono
estremamente compatti, portatili (8,8 Kg) e dalla
costruzione robusta, appositamente studiati per
soddisfare tutte le esigenze della cantieristica, in
particolare quella navale. L’intero processo di saldatura
è controllato tramite il pannello comandi digitale, dalle
semplici regolazioni e dalla massima flessibilità. Le unità
sono dotate di regolatore di portata gas il cui valore può
essere facilmente visualizzato sul display dell’impianto.
The WF230 and WF2000 mini wire feeder carriages are
extremely compact, easily portable (only 8.8 Kg) and
robustly made. They are specially designed to satisfy the
needs of on-site welding and especially shipbuilding.
The entire welding process is controlled by means of a
digital control panel that offers simple adjustments and
maximum flexibility. The units are equipped with a gas
flow regulator, and gas flow rate can be viewed easily
on the unit’s display.

Il mini-trainafilo è predisposto per funzionamento con bobina da
5 Kg (diametro 200 mm), completamente protetta all’interno di
un vano interamente rivestito di materiale isolante. La struttura è
realizzata con materiali di elevata qualità e resistenza, per operare
in massima tranquillità in ambienti particolarmente aggressivi
sia dal punto di vista della corrosione che dei potenziali urti
meccanici. Parte della pannellatura di controllo è stata riportata
all’interno del cofano, al riparo da polvere e da urti accidentali.
The mini wire feeder is designed to take 5 Kg wire spools (200
mm in diameter). The spools are protected inside a compartment
fully lined with insulating material. The frame and body are
made from tough, top quality materials to withstand even harsh
operating environments characterised by corrosion and the risk
of mechanical impact. Important controls are located underneath
the unit’s side panel, where they are protected against dust and
accidental knocks.
Die neuen Mini-Drahtvorschubgeräte wurden für die Arbeit mit
einer 5kg Drahtspule (D=200mm) entwickelt. Es wurden, wie
immer, hochwertige und widerstandsfeste Werkstoffe verwendet
um der Korrosion sowie den mechanischen Stoßbelastungen
in besonders aggressiver Umgebung problemlos standhalten
zu können. Ein Teil der für den Schweißprozess notwendigen
Funktionen befindet sich auf einem zweiten Bedienfeld im
Gehäuse.

welding simply by pressing buttons on the control
panel to set wire material and diameter. Wire speed
and welding current are then automatically kept at

Questa versione mette a disposizione dell’utente
avanzato l’esperienza sviluppata negli anni da
Selco nel campo della saldatura MIG/MAG. Il
pannello consente una completa gestione della
saldatura in sinergia sia sfruttando l’ampia libreria
di programmi installati che attraverso la creazione
e memorizzazione di programmi personali. Tutti i
programmi sono facilmente richiamabili per avere
sempre la soluzione adatta ad ogni situazione.
L’unità permette inoltre la scelta del procedimento
di saldatura tra elettrodo, MIG/MAG manuale e
MIG/MAG Sinergico e integra il dispositivo VRD
per il controllo della tensione a vuoto. Il modello
WF 2000 Classic in combinazione con i modelli
Genesis serie1000 PME e GSM può realizzare il
procedimento di saldatura a MIG pulsato con
possibilità di creare e memorizzare oltre 64
programmi di saldatura.
This version places Selco’s vast experience in the
field of MIG/MAG welding at the disposal of the
advanced user. The control panel provides full
synergic control over welding parameters, and lets
you choose from an extensive library of default
programs or create and memorise your own
personal programs. Programs are quick and easy to
select, so that the right solution for any welding job
is always to hand.
The unit lets you select welding process from a
choice of electrode, manual MIG/MAG and synergic
MIG/MAG, and also incorporates a VRD to reduce
no-load voltage. Used in conjunction with Genesis
1000 Series PME and GSM power sources, the WF
2000 Classic can perform pulsed MIG welding,
offering the possibility to create and memorise over
64 custom welding programs.

In dieser Ausführung kann der professionelle

die optimale Lösung zur Verfügung steht.
Bei diesem Gerät ist außerdem neben MIG/MAG
manuell oder synergic auch das E-Hand Schweißen
möglich, wobei das integrierte VRD System die
Regelung der Leerlaufspannung übernimmt. In
Kombination mit den Modellen Genesis Serie 1000
PME und GSM gestattet das Modell WF 2000 Classic
MIG-Impulsschweißen mit der Möglichkeit, über 64
Schweißprogramme zu speichern.

i generatori MIG/MAG Selco Quasar 320/400/500 MSE.
L’unità WF2000 è disponibile solo nella versione CLASSIC, in
combinazione con i generatori Genesis modello 3200 (MSE-PMEGSM) dotati di pannello comandi iPanel a bordo macchina.
The WF230 wire feeder can be used in conjunction with Selco’s
Quasar 320/400/500 MSE MIG/MAG power sources. The WF2000
is only available in the CLASSIC version for use with Genesis
power source models 3200 (MSE-PME-GSM) with on-board
iPanel.
Die Drahtvorschubgeräte WF230 können in Kombination mit
