FSC®. È il marchio che garantisce che il legno impiegato
proviene da foreste gestite in maniera responsabile
e corretta dal punto di vista ambientale, sociale ed
economico. Portare questo marchio significa impegnarsi
a favorire e garantire la salvaguardia del patrimonio
forestale dell’intero pianeta. Affermare di utilizzare
legname proveniente “da forestazione” non basta:
certificarne la provenienza è l’unico modo per garantire
il reale processo di impiego della materia. FSC è una ONG
internazionale, indipendente e senza scopo di
lucro, che include tra i suoi membri gruppi ambientalisti e
sociali, comunità indigene, proprietari forestali,
industrie che lavorano e commerciano il legno, scienziati e
tecnici che operano insieme per migliorare la
gestione delle foreste in tutto il mondo.
ANAB-ICEA®: la certificazione dei mobili bio-ecologici
viene rilasciata dopo che l’intero ciclo di vita del prodotto
dimostra di soddisfare due requisiti principali:
a) impiego di legno e materiali legnosi provenienti da
foreste o piantagioni gestite in maniera responsabile e
b) riduzione dell’impatto ambientale attraverso una
progettazione basata sui seguenti criteri: - Riduzione delle
sostanze pericolose per la salute e l’ambiente - Riduzione
della quantità di materiale impiegato - Utilizzo di
packaging in materiale riciclato - Miglioramento della durata
del mobile - Riduzione del consumo energetico
- Riduzione degli ingombri in fase di trasporto.

with the label environment-friendly. We need to inform and be informed, as only a true knowledge
allows real choice awareness. We have a lot to say about our products, about the raw materials and
finishings we use. And we can do it thanks to the two main pertaining certifications.

FSC® This is the label ensuring that the
wood comes from forests that are managed responsibly
and correctly from an environmental, social and
economical point of view. Bearing this label means being
directly involved in protecting the world’s forestry
resources, as certifying the origin of the wood used is the
only way to actually guarantee its real exploitation
process. FSC® is an international, independent, non-profit
NGO that counts among its members social and
environment-friendly groups, forestry owners, industries
who process and trade with wood, scientists and
experts that work together to improve the forests
management all over the world.
ANAB-ICEA®: the certification for bio-furniture attests that:
a) the wood used comes from responsibly
managed forests and that b) a reduction in the
environmental impact is achieved thanks to:
• A reduction in the use of materials dangerous to health
and environment
• A reduction in the use of materials employed
• Packaging deriving from recycling processes
• An improvement in the durability of products
• A reduction in energy consumption
• A reduction in the volume to be transported.

bewussten Entscheidungen. Wir haben viel über unsere Produkte zu erzählen, die verwendeten
Rohstoffe und Ausführungen. Und wir tun es über zwei wesentliche, einschlägige Zertifizierungen.

FSC®: Dieses Zeichen gewährleistet, dass das
verwendete Holz von Wäldern stammt, die
verantwortungsvoll, umweltgerecht, sozial und

Förderung und Gewährleistung des Schutzes des
weltweiten Waldbestandes. Die Angabe „Holz aus
forstwirtschaftlichem Anbau“ reicht nicht: Die Zertifizierung
der Herkunft ist die einzige Art, die den reellen Einsatz
des Materials gewährleisten kann. FSC ist eine

be made of low-impact materials. That is why we use only renewable FSC® cardboard
with cellulose coat and without plastic materials.
