La LCT 37, nella vasta gamma di sistemi di lavaggio realizzati dalla VELOX BARCHITTA, rappresenta il più piccolo tunnel automatizzabile, dalle prestazioni industriali.
Costruita completamente in acciaio inox, nelle versioni con riscaldamento elettrico o a vapore bassa pressione, permette un trattamento in continuo di tutti i contenitori e le attrezzature utilizzate
nei settori alimentari, grazie al suo particolare nastro di trasporto. Oltre alle zone di lavaggio e risciacquo, la LCT 37 può essere dotata della zona di disinfezione e nel modulo supplementare da
mm. 1000 di asciugatura modello ASCT 137, che aggiunge ad una perfetta igiene una maggiore velocità di stoccaggio o di riutilizzo.
LCT 37 model represents, among all other tunnel models, the smallest industrial tunnel realized. All stainless steel, available in two different version, with electrical heating or low pressure steam heating.
Thanks to its particular belting system, this model allows to wash all kind of container or laboratory instruments continuously. LCT 37 model is equipped with the washing and rising process, however as an extra feature the disinfecting process
is available. The ASCT 137 supplementary drying module, delivers the instruments dry and ready for immediate use.
La LCT 37, est une réalisation de la vaste gamme de Velox Barchitta. Elle est le plus petit tunnel, automatisé pour les prestations industrielles. Construite complètement en acier inox, avec version chauffage électriques ou vapeur basse pression,
permettant le lavage en continue de tous conteneurs et accessoires utilisés dans les secteurs alimentaire, grâce à son tapis transporteur adapté. En plus de la zone de lavage et de rinçage, la LCT37 peut être équipé d'une zone de désinfection
et d'un module supplémentaire de 1 000 mm pour l'égouttage (Modèle ASCT137), ce qui donne une hygiène parfaite doublé d'une rapidité de réutilisation et d'une diminution du stockage.
Dieses Modell eignet sich besonders für das Spülen von Kisten, Formen, Kuchenformen und Laborgeräten. LCT 37 stellt unter den zahlreichen verschiedenen Spülsystemen von Velox Barchetta den kleinsten Tunnel dar, der für Industriezwecke
automatisierbar ist. Dieses völlig aus rostfreiem Edelstahl hergestellte Gerät, das elektrisch oder mit Niederdruckdampfbeheizung erhältlich ist, ermöglicht durch das besondere Förderband eine ständige Behandlung aller Behälter und aller im
Nahrungsbereich eingesetzten Apparaturen. Neben den Wasch- und Spülbereichen kann der Spüler LCT 37 mit einem Desinfizierbereich und einem zusätzlichen 1000 mm großen Trocknermodul vom Typ ASCT 137 ausgestattet werden, das
nicht nur eine perfekte Hygiene gewährleistet, sondern den Behälter auch in kurzer Zeit wieder einsatzbereit macht.
