The block of land extends for 46000 sq.m , 700 mt from San Pantaleo and has a house in the
typical Gallura style stazzo of 150 sq.m and a warehouse of 30 sq.m built in 2001 according to
Italian regulations and in respect of the environment.
The house, which can be seen on Google maps is west of San Pantaleo, has a living room,

natural materials: external walls covered with stones picked from the surrounding ground, handmade terracotta tiles floor made by an old craft-made furnace, an antique style roof with
canes held up by chestnut beams, thresholds, door and window jambs and fireplace in local
granite, coverings and kitchen cupboards in juniper, internal doors in chestnut and the external
ones in durmast, the tiles that cover the roof date back to 1904. There is a telephone line which
needs to be activated, electricity, two potable water wells, two tanks for a water reserve of
20,000 litres, a private road which crosses the estate.
"La Suara Longa" is at all effects a natural park within an uncontaminated and silent valley
framed by striking granite hills spotted of green which rose from the sea 350 million years ago
and that at sunset take on infinite pastel tones of the color of the earth. What a delight!
