Typical Application
CONDORLUBE R59 is suitable for any metal.
It is mainly used as lubricant in light cold forming operations such as rolling or straightening of
tubes, aluminium-copper and their alloys rolling, coils and plates pressing and skinpassing.
It does not require any rinse nor drying since it evaporates spontaneously at the air.
CONDORLUBE R59 is also used as degreaser in production lines thanks to its high solvent
power towards drawing oils and soaps.
Characteristics
The product does not etch main part of paints, resins, rubbers, etc. It is odourless and no
inflammable.
No particular materials are required for the equipments, they can be of common steel.
Application conditions
The product is applied the way it is delivered with no dilution.
The evaporation speed and therefore the formation of a dry protective layer on the material
depends on its temperature at the application time.
Regeneration
It is possible to totally regenerate it thorugh our anti deflagrating evaporative units EV 1000
series
