ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
GUIDE

1 - Copy the following link on your browser: http://delphi.uniroma2.it/totem/jsp/homeStudenti.jsp
2 - Select ENGLISH as shown in the picture
3- Select REGISTRATION (frame number 2)

4- In the “a” frame (Start application procedures) select “ON-CAMPUS COURSE”
5 - Select the FACULTY OF ECONOMICS

6 - Select the option in the FRAME NUMBER 1 as shown in the picture
7 - Fill the form with your data. Leave empty the part related to the CTRL code, because you will
have it after the fees payment

8 - Fill the second form related to your personal data
When you click to enter your town and province the system opens another form to enter
your data: choose EE (indication foreign country) in the first box
Choose your country in the second box
9 - Select the course you are attending (e.g. Business Administration)

10- Click on “Proceed with Registration”
(if you went to the CAF office the box may be slightly different, don’t worry and click on
PROCEED WITH REGISTRATION)
11- Fill this form with your address information
PERMANENT RESIDENCE = your address in your homecountry
CURRENT RESIDENCE = your address here in Rome

12 - Fill the page with the information related to your university career.
- For foreign Students: Date of registration write the actual date in which you are filling the
form (dd/mm/yyyy)
- AY of first registration: write 2013/2014

13 - Fill the page with your High School information:
- Type of diploma: choose “diploma estero”
- GRADE/ON: (please select your country grading system to chose your high school final
mark)
14 – This page is about your Degree information
- UNIVERSITY: select “università estera”
- DEGREE EARNED: type in “bachelor in _____” (indicating your former university studies)
- TYPE OF DEGREE: select “bachelor”
- DEGREE CATEGORY: select “17. Scienze dell’economia e della gestione aziendale”. If you do
not hold a bachelor in Economics, please come to our office and we will help you.
(Please select your Country grading system to chose your final degree mark)
Fill the second frame JUST in case you have another degree

15 - Fill the self-certification form:
1. Translation: I am not going to present my family income statatement, so I agree to pay the
highest fees
(If you went to the CAF Office for your ISEEU module, you DON’T HAVE TO TICK this first
sentence)
2. Translation: If the second payment will be higher than 300 euros, I want to divide it in two
different installments (this choice is up to you!)
3. Other information should be already there, sent from the CAF Office system. If you didn’t
go to the CAF you must fill them out by yourself
4. If you have to fill it out by yourself, under “IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (CODICE FISCALE) OF
THE HEAD OF THE FAMILY” just put your own Italian fiscal code (codice fiscale)
PLEASE REMEMBER TO PUT A TICK (LAST SENTENCE) IF YOU APPLIED FOR LAZIODISU (ADISU)

16 - Check if ALL your data are correct. In case of some mistakes, please correct them.
Click CONFIRM DISPLAYED INFORMATION to complete the procedure
The system will let you print out:
- The enrollment modules (you will have to bring to the Segreteria Studenti only after the
payment to receive your libretto).
- The payment form (bollettino) with the amount you have to pay to be enrolled
Go to any UNICREDIT BANK agency (Rettorato – Via Orazio Raimondo - is the closest one) with the
bolletino to pay your fee.
Once you have paid you must validate the payment on the Delphi system: AUTH and CTRL codes
will be necessary (they are printed on the receipt the bank will issue after the payment).

HOW TO VALIDATE THE PAYMENT
1 – Log into the Delphi system (http://delphi.uniroma2.it/totem/jsp/homeStudenti.jsp ) and select
again the English version of the website.
– Select REGISTRATION (frame number 2)
2 – Select validate application (you have CTRL and AUTH Codes) (frame b)

3 – insert your - fiscal code (codice fiscale)
- CTRL code (you find it on the application you have printed out from Delphi at the
end of your registration and on the receipt the bank issued after your
payment)
4 – Select Validate Payment

5 – Insert - AUTH code (you find it on the payment receipt the bank issued after your payment)
- payment date (it is written with a stamp on the payment receipt issued by the bank)
- REASON & AMOUNT are decided by the system depending on the data you entered
Click on NEXT
ONLY FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS:
Once you have completed the validation form, please go to the Master of Science Office and bring
with you:
 Your original Declaration of Value (Dichiarazione di Valore) together with all the related
documents of the embassy
 3 pictures of you (passport size)
 A copy of a valid ID
 A copy of the form with your codice fiscale
 A copy of your Stay Permit (Permesso di Soggiorno)
 The registration modules you printed out together with the bollettino
You have now finished the bureaucratic part: enjoy your first year!

HOW TO CHECK YOUR UNIVERSITY CAREER DURING YOUR MSc
1 – Log into the Delphi system (http://delphi.uniroma2.it/totem/jsp/homeStudenti.jsp ) and select
again the English version of the website.
Select MANAGE CAREER ONLINE (frame number 4)
2- Select Access to the Student Section (frame number 1)
3 - Select Standard Mode
4 - Type your Matricola and password.
5 – Choose from the list whatever you want to check or print out
