Tesmec S.p.A.: Acquisition of 100% of Marais Technologies completed
Grassobbio (Bergamo – Italy), 8 April 2015 – Following the press release published on 27 March 2015,
Tesmec S.p.A. (MTA, STAR: TES), among the main global players offering integrated solutions for
infrastructures related to transmission of electrical power and data and material transport, announces that
it concluded today the acquisition of the entire share capital of the French company Marais Technologies
SAS ("Marais").
