RULES AND REGULATIONS
Art. 1
The present regulations are binding on all those using the
facilities and infrastructures included within the Camp Site
“CENTRO TURISTICO SAN NICOLA” located in Peschici
(Foggia), owned by EUROTOURING S.p.A. of ROME.
Art. 2
The users must behave in compliance with the rules of civil
conduct and observe the regulations in force regarding
hygiene , circulation and police.
Art. 3
Upon arrival, users must present some proof of identification
(passaport, identity card, etc.). The adults in the party shall
assume full responsability for all statements made as to the
identity of minors with them who do not haves documents. The
Management reserves the right to hold the said documents and
return them when the party leaves. A sticker with the Camp Site
Logo shall be provided indicating the allocated number given
and this is to be placed in the upper left-hand corner inside the
windscreen. Once payment has been made the lower portion of
this sticker shall be detached and presented to the main office in
order to pick up any documents wich have been held.
Art. 4
No varations in the number of people indicated upon arrival will
be accepted. The number of people and vehicles indicated on
the registration sheet shall,therefore, remain unchanged until
the group leaves. The absence of people or vehicles for more
than a week - shall be charged unless previously arranged with
the Management – absence of less than a week shall be
regurarly blled.

communicated to those involved by loudspeaker, normally twice
a day – once in the morning and once in the afternoon – except
in case of dire necessity and emergencies.
Art. 11
The account must be settled the afternoon prior to the day of
departure.
As a rule the cash-desk hours are exposed at the reception.
Payments can be made only during those hours.
As the user receives a copy of the registration sheet indicating
the people and vehicles to be charged to his account when he
checks in, this is to be carefully checked and, should there be
mistakes, omissions and/or inaccuracies, the Management is to
be advised within 24 hours of arrival.
No claims regarding the charges made to the account and
period of stay will be taken into consideration while payment is
being made or after that.
Art. 12
The pitches and the living units at the Camp Site must be left
clean and completely free by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.
At the Exit, the Client must display receipt of payment to the
person on duty.
Art. 5
Those wishing to leave at night must settle their account when
the cash – desk is open and show their receipt to the night
guard.
The choice of the pitches shall be made following the indications
given by the people working in reception. For internal
organization purposes, once a place has been assigned,
changing places without prior authorization of the Escorts is
strictly forbidden.
Maintenance of the Camp Site and living units is entrusted to the
propriety correctness and good manners of those using them:
the users should leave the sites and items as they would like to
find them.
Art.6
For living units the dates indicated in the letter of confirmation of
booking refer to the followings:
- first date: day of arrival after 5.00 p.m.
- second date: day of departure by 10.00 a.m.
The booked period will be billed in its entirety, even in the case
of late arrival and/or early departure.
In case of :
- late arrival : unless prior notification is made, at least by
telephone, the booked unit will be held for the user untill 5.00
p.m. The following day;
- no show: the security deposit will not be refunded.
Art 7
By order of the Police, strangers shall be denied entrance to the
Camp Site – even when accompanied by users – Persons found
within the Camp Site who do not have a registration card will be
reported to the Judicial Authorities for illegal entry. In no case is
it possible to have friends and/or relatives as guests.
During the periods listed below it is possible to visit the Camp
Site upon prior authorization by the Management, however such
visits shall not be for more than one hour:
- from Aprile 1st to May 3st;
- from September 1st to October 15st.
Art. 8
Within the Camp Site the followings are absolutely forbidden:
- lighting of open fires with brushwood or any other infiammable
material;
- the use of water for washing cars, boats, trailers, camper vans,
windsurfs, etc;
- playing football and/or participating in the other sports activities
which endanger the safety of others.
Art. 9
For the tranquility of all absolute silence must be upheld:
- from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
- from 11.00 p.m. To 7.00 a.m. .
During these hours the use of radios, televisions and musical
instruments is forbidden.
During the hours of silence, circulation with motor vehicles shall
be permitted only for service vehicles and those arriving.
Art. 10
The telephone switchboard for receiving calls is open when the

Valuables, money, foreign currency, cheques, credit cards,
documents and the like may be deposited in the office, however,
the Management, in its unquestionable judgement, reserves the
right to refuse dangerous and/or cumbersome objects as well as
those of inordinate value (i.e. Gold necklaces, rings, bracelets
with precious stones).
The latter cannot be deposited since it is impossible to establish
their proper value should compensation be required.
Art.14
It is up to those using the Camp Site to provide public liability
insurance and fire insurance to cover damage to their personal
property against any other sorts of damage stemming from both
known and unknown environment-related, natural causes..
Art 15
The user is responsible for any damage caused to property,
equipment, plants, people and things due to negligence or
wrongdoing and must make due compensation.
For people and things damaged by EUROTOURING S.p.A.,
settiement shall be made with the Management of the Camp Site.
For third party damage the user shall deal directly with those
involved.
Art 16
EUROTOURING S.p.A. cannot be held responsible for damage
caused by and/or to third parties and by those using the pitches,
parking spots and/or living quarters.
Art 17
EUROTOURING S.p.A. only insures the Camp site and its
infrastructures to cover its public and fire liability as well as theft
and fire damage to its own property.
EUROTOURING S.p.A. is, therefore, exempt from any and all
responsibility for damage, theft, negligence and/or crime
committed within the Camp Site itself not caused by its own
actions.
Art 18
Should the above – mentioned regulations not be observed the
Management shall adopt whatever measures it sees fit which in
the most serious cases, could include removal of the Client and
his group from the Camp Site – by day or night – and filing
charges with the Authorities having jurisdiction.
Art. 19
For any controversies arising with EUROTOURING S.p.A. and/or
the Management of the Camp Site, the Court of competent
jurisdiction shall be that ofLUCERA (Foggia).

REGOLAMENTO
Art. 1
Il presente regolamento vincola tutti coloro che utilizzano i beni
e le infrastrutture compresi nell'ambito del Parco di Campeggio
sotto l'insegna di “CENTRO TURISTICO SAN NICOLA” sito in
Peschici (Foggia) di proprietà della EUROTOURING S.p.A.
ROMA.
Art. 2
Gli Utenti, sono tenuti a comportarsi secondo le buone regole
del vivere civile e ad osservare le norme vigenti in materia di
igiene, di circolazione e di polizia.
Art. 3
Al momento dell' arrivo gli Utenti sono tenuti ad esibire i
rispettivi documenti di riconoscimento (passaporto, carta d'
identità, patente, ecc.). Gli adulti si assumono la piena
responsabilità per le dichiarazioni rese circa l' identità dei minori
al seguito sprovvisti di documenti. La Direzione si riserva la
facoltà di trattenere detti documenti e restituirli alla partenza del
gruppo. Verrà consegnato un adesivo - con il logotipo del Parco
di Campeggio – da attaccare all' interno del parabrezza dell'
automezzo, parte guida in alto. All' atto del pagamento, questo
dovrà essere staccato e presentato in direzione assieme al
foglio di accettazione.
Art. 4
Non si accettano variazioni nelle presenze comunicate all' arrivo.
Il numero delle persone e dei veicoli indicati nel foglio di
accettazione rimane, quindi, invariato fino alla partenza del
gruppo. Le assenze di persone o di veicoli superiori ad una
settimana - quelle inferiori verranno regolarmente conteggiate non verranno addebitate soltanto se preventivamente
autorizzate dalla Direzione.
Art. 5
La scelta delle piazzole dovrà essere effettuata secondo le
indicazioni del Personale addetto al ricevimento. Per motivi di
organizzazione interna, una volta assegnato il posto, è
assolutamente
vietato
spostarsi
senza
la
preventiva
autorizzazione degli Accompagnatori.
Art.6
Le date indicate nella lettera di conferma per la prenotazione
delle unità abitative si riferiscono:
- la prima al giorno di arrivo dopo le ore 17.00
- la seconda al giorno di partenza entro le ore 10.00 .
Il periodo prenotato verrà conteggiato interamente anche nel
caso di ritardato arrivo e/o anticipata partenza.
In caso di ritardato arrivo ed in assenza di comunicazioni anche
telefoniche, l' unità prenotata sarà tenuta a disposizione dell'
Utente fino alle ore 17.00 del giorno successivo. Con il mancato
arrivo, la caparra versata non verrà restituita.
Art 7
Per disposizioni emanate dagli Organi di Polizia, è proibito agli
estranei - anche se accompagnati dagli Utenti - entrare nel Parco
di Campeggio. Le persone sorprese all' interno del Parco di
Campeggio e prive del foglio di accettazione verranno
denunciate all' Autorità Giudiziaria per violazione di domicilio.
Non è consentito in alcun caso ospitare parenti e/o amici. Previa
autorizzazione della Direzione, è possibile visitare il Parco di
Campeggio - trattenendosi per non più di UNA ora - nei periodi:
- dal 1° aprile al 31 maggio
- dal 1° settembre al 15 ottobre.
CAMPINGPLATZ - ORDNUNG
le ore di cassa. Gli avvisi delle prenotazioni telefoniche saranno
comunicati agli interessati, mediante altoparlante, di norma 2
volte al giorno - mattina e pomeriggio - nelle ore prestabilite
dalla Direzione, salvo i casi di stretta necessità ed urgenza.
Art. 11
Il saldo del soggiorno dovrà essere pagato il pomeriggio
precedente il giorno di partenza. Di norma gli orari di apertura
della cassa sono quelli esposti all'entrata. I pagamenti potranno
essere effettuati esclusivamente in quegli orari. Poichè l' Utente,
all' arrivo, riceve copia del foglio di accettazione con l'
indicazione delle persone e dei veicoli che verranno addebitati
sul SUO conto, Egli è tenuto a controllarlo attentamente ed, in
caso di errori, omissioni e/o inesattezze, a darne notizia alla
Direzione entro 24 ore dall' arrivo. Non saranno presi in alcuna
considerazione reclami sulle voci addebitate in conto sul
periodo di permanenza, se effettuati all' atto del pagamento del
soggiorno.
Art. 12
Le piazzole del Parco di Campeggio e le unità abitative dovranno
essere lasciate pulite e libere di ogni cosa entro le ore 10.00 del
giorno di partenza. All' uscita, l' Utente sarà tenuto a mostrare la
ricevuta dell' avvenuto pagamento al Personale addetto. Gli
Utenti che desidereranno partire di notte, regoleranno il conto
nelle ore di apertura della cassa e faranno controllare la ricevuta
di avvenuto pagamento al guardiano notturno. Il mantenimento
del Parco di Campeggio e delle unità abitative è affidato alla
correttezza, alla cortesia ed alla buona educazione di chi li usa :
ognuno dovrà lasciare i luoghi e le cose nelle condizioni in cui
desidererebbe trovarli.
Art 13
Gli oggetti di valore, danaro, valuta estera, assegni, carte di
credito, documenti ed altro, potranno essere consegnati in
custodia gratuita alla Direzione che, però, si riserva a Suo
insindacabile giudizio, la facoltà di non accettare oggetti
pericolosi e/o ingombranti e/o quelli di valore eccessivo (collane,
anelli, bracciali d'oro e con pietre preziose), questi ultimi per l'
impossibilità di stabilire una giusta valutazione in caso di
risarcimento.
Art.14
Resta nella facoltà di chi utilizza il Parco di Campeggio di
provvedere all' assicurazione per le responsabilità civili verso
terzi ed anche per i rischi contro gli incendi delle cose proprie e/
o per tutti i possibili altri dannosi eventi dovuti a cause naturali,
occulte o palesi connaturati nell' ambiente.
Art 15
L' Utente è responsabile dei danni arrecati al patrimonio, alle
attrezzature, alle piante, alle persone ed alle cose per Sua
neglienza o colpa ed è tenuto al relativo risarcimento.
Per quanto riguarda le persone ed i beni danneggiati della
EUROTOURING S.p.A., la composizione dovrà avvenire con la
Direzione del Parco di Campeggio. Nei confronti dei terzi l'
Utente dovrà provvedere direttamente con gli interessati.
Art 16
La EUROTOURING S.p.A. non può essere considerata
responsabile per i danni causati da terzi e/o verso terzi e da
coloro che utilizzano le piazzole, i posti auto e/o le unità
abitative.
Art 17
Nel Parco di Campeggio vi è assoluto divieto di:
- accendere fuochi liberi con sterpaglia o qualsiasi altro
materiale infiammabile;
- usare l'acqua per il lavaggio di auto, barche, roulottes,
campers, windsurfs, ecc;
- giocare a pallone e/o praticare attività sportive pericolose alla
altrui incolumità.
Il Parco di Campeggio, con le sue infrastrutture, è assicurato
dalla EUROTOURING S.p.A. soltanto per la copertura delle Sue
responsabilità civili e di incendio nei confronti di terzi, nonchè
dei rischi di furto e di incendio del Suo patrimonio. La
EUROTOURING S.p.A. si esime, quindi, da ogni e qualsiasi
responsabilità per eventuali danni, furti, negligenze, azioni
delittuose e/o criminali commessi nell' ambito del Parco di
Campeggio stesso non dovuti a fatto proprio.
Art. 9
Art 18
Per la tranquillità di tutti dovrà essere osservato il più rigoroso
silenzio:
In caso di inosservanza ad una delle norme sopra riportate, la
Direzione sarà costretta ad adottare i provvedimenti ritenuti
opportuni che, nei casi più gravi, potranno prevedere l'
allontanamento dell' Utente e del Suo gruppo dal Parco di
Campeggio - sia di giorno che di notte - ed eventualmente anche
la denuncia alle Autorità competenti.
Art. 8
- dalle ore 13.00 alle ore 16.00
- dalle ore 23.00 alle ore 7.00 .
In queste ore è vietato usare apparecchi radio, televisori e
strumenti musicali. Durante le ore di silenzio, la circolazione dei
veicoli sarà consentita solo ai mezzi di servizio ed a quelli in
arrivo.
Art. 10
Il centralino telefonico per ricevere le chiamate è aperto durante

Per eventuali controversie con la EUROTOURING S.p.A. e/o la
Direzione del Parco di Campeggio, il Foro competente è quello di
LUCERA (Foggia).
Art. 1
Die vorliegende Ordnung verpflichtet all diejenigen, die
Infrastruktur und Güter, des Campingparks, der unter Namen “
CENTRO TURISTICO SAN NICOLA “ in Peschici (Foggia) geführt
wind und zum Eigentum der EUROTOURING S.p.A. ROME
gehört, benützen.
Art. 2
Die Campingbenutzer sind gehalten, sich entsprechend der
üblichen Verhaltensregeln zu verhalten und die hygienischen
und polizeilichen Normen sowie die Verkehrsregeln zu beachten.
Art. 3
Bei Ankunft Gäste sind diese gehalten, ihre Papiere (Pass,
Personalausweis, Führerschein) vorzuweisen. Die Erwachsenen
übernehmen die volle Verantwortung für abgegebene
Erklärungen hinsichtlich der Identität von Minderjährigen ohne
Papiere. Die Direktion behält sich vor, diese Dokumente
einzubehalten und bei Abfahrt der Gruppe zurückzugeben. Es
wird ein Aufkleber
überreicht – mit dem Logotyp des
Campingparks – und der Aufnahmenummer, der im
Wageninneren oben an der Windschutzscheibe auf der
Fahrerseite anzubringen ist. Bei der Bezahlung wird der untere
Teil abgerissen und der Direktion für eventuelle Abholung von
Personalausweisen vorgelegt.
Art. 4
Es werden keinerlei Abänderungen der Personenzahl nach der
Ankunft akzeptiert. Die Anzahl der Personen und Fahrgeuge, die
auf dem Anmeldezettel angegeben sind, bleiben somit bis zur
Abreise der Gruppe, festgelegt. Abwesenheit einerPerson oder
eines Fahrzeugs über einer Woche – die unter einer Woche
werden regulär berechnet – werden nur im Falle ausdrücklicher
Genehmigung seitens der Direktion autorisiert.
Art. 5
Die Wahl des Stellplatzes muß nach den Anweisungen des
zuständigen Personals des Annahmebüros erfolgen. Aus
internen organisatorischen Gründen ist est absolut verboten,
ohne vorherige Autorisation von seiten des Personals, den
zugeteilten Stellplatz zu wechseln.
Art.6
Die
in
dem
Bestätigungsschreiben
angegebenen
datumsangaben der reservierung der Wohneinheiten beziehen
sich auf:
- den Ankunfstag nach 17.00 Uhr
- den Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr innerhalb.
Der gebuchte Zeitraum wird auch im Falle einer verspäteten
Ankunft und/oder einer vorzeitigen Abreise vollständig
berechnet. Bei :
- verspäteter Ankunft ohne Mitteilung, auch ohne telefonische,
wird die Wohneinheit dem Benutzer bis zum darauffolgenden
Tag um 17.00 Uhr festgehalten.
- Nichteintreffen wird die überwiesene Anzahlung einbehalten.
Art 7
Die im Inneren des Campingparks angetroffen Personen ohne
Aufnahmebescheinigung werden bei der Justizbehörde wegen
Hausfriedensbruch angezeigt, es ist in keinem Fall erlaubt,
Verwandte und/oder Freunde aufzunehmen. Nach erfolgter
Autorisation von seiten der Direktion ist es möglich den
Campingpark – für nicht mehr als eine Stunde – während der in
der genannten Zeiträume zu besichtigen:
- vom 1 April bis 31 Mai
- vom 1 September bis 15 Oktober.
Art. 8
In Campingpark ist es absolut verboten:
- freie Feuerstellen mit Gestrüpp oder sonstigem brennbaren Material
anzulegen.;
- Wasser für die Reinigung von Autos, Booten, Wohnwagen, Campers,
Windsurfs usw, zu verwenden.
- mit dem Ball zu spielen und/oder einen Sport zu treiben, der anderen
Schaden zufügen könnte.
Art. 9
In den folgenden Stunden ist absolute Ruhe zu bewahren:
- von 13.00 bis 16.00 Uhr
- von 23.00 bis 7.00 Uhr.
In diesen Stunden ist es verboten, Radios, Fersehen und
Musikinstrumente zu benutzen. Während der Ruhezeit ist es nur
Dienstfahrzeugen und den ankommenden Fahrzeugen gestattet
zu fahren.
Art. 10
Die Telefonzentrale ist zur Annahme von Gesprächen während
der Kassenstunden geöffnet. Die Meldung von
Telefongesprächen wird dem Interessenten über Laütssprecher
– normalerweise 2 Mal pro Tag – morgens und nachmittags – in
von der Direktion festgelegtentunden außer in Notfällen,
vermittelt.
Art. 11
Die Endabrechung des Aufenthalts muß am Vortag der Abreise
im Laufe des Nachmittags erfolgen. Normalerweise sind die
Kasseeröffnungszeiten an der Eingang ausgestellt. Abgerechnet
werden kann nur in die angegebenen Zeiten. Da der
Campinggast bei Ankunft eine Kopie des Aufnahmezzetels mit
Angaben der Personen und der Fahrgeuge erhält, die ihm
berechnet werden, hat er sorgfältig zu kontrollieren, ob Dehler,
Auslassungen und/oder Ungenauigkeiten unterlaufen sind, und
die Direktion innerhalb 24 Stunden nach der Ankunft zu
unterrichten. Es werden keinerlei Reklamationen hinsichtlich der
verschieden Punkte der Rechnung und der Aufenthaltsperiode
angenommen, falls diese erst bei Bezahlung des Aufenthalts
erfolgen.
Art. 12
Die Stellplätze des Campingparks und die Wohneinheiten
müssen am Abreisetag bis 10.00 Uhr sauber und frei von allen
Dingen hinterlassen werden. Bei Abreise hat der Campinggast
die erfolgte Bezahlung dem zuständigen Personal vorzuweisen.
Die Personen, die während Nacht abfahren wollen, sollen die
Begleichung der Rechnung während der Kassenstunden
durchführen und sollen die entsprechende Quittung hierüber
dem Nachtwächter vorweisen. Die Erhaltung des Campingparks
und der Wohneinheiten sind dem korrekten Verhalten, der
Freundlichkeit und der guten Erziehung der Benutzer anvertraut,
jeder hat seinen Platz und die Dinge in dem Zustand zu
hinterlassen, in dem er sie vorfinden möchte.
Art 13
Wertgegenstände, Geld, ausländische Währung, Schecks,
kreditkarten, Dokumente und anderes können kostenlos bei der
Direktion abgegeben werden. Diese behält sich vor, nach
eigenem Ermessen gefährliche Gegenstände und/oder sperrige
Teile und/oder Teile von hohem wert, wie Ketten, Ringe,
Goldarmbänder und Edelstein abzuweisen, letztere, da keine
richtige Wertsschätzung im Falle eines Schadenersatzes
vorgenommen werden kann.
Art.14
Es bleibt dem Campinggast eine Haftpflicht zu überlassen – und
eine
Feuerversicherung
abzuschließen,
die
eigenen
Gegenstände und/oder auch alle eventuellen durch höhere
Gewalt entstandenen Schäden absichert.
Art 15
Der Benutzer ist für Schäden, die er am Eigentum, an Geräten,
Pflanzen, Personen und Dingen, die er aus seinem Verschulden
oder Auslassung verursacht hat, verantwortlich und steht für
den Schadenersatz derselben ein.
Was Personen und beschädigte Dinge der EUROTOURING S.p.A.
anbelangt, muß die Berechnung derselben mit der Direktion des
Campigparks festgelegt werden. In Bezug auf Dritte muß der
Benutzer sich direkt an die Betroffenen wenden.
Art 16
Die EUROTOURING S.p.A. kann nicht für durch Dritte und/oder
gegenüber Dritten und Benutzern der Stellplätze, Parkplätze
und/oder Wohneinheiten entstandene Schäden verantwortlich
gemacht werden.
Art 17
Der Campingpark, mit seiner Infrastruktur ist von der
EUROTOURING
S.p.A.
nur
mit
einer
zivilrechtlichen
Versicherung und Feuerversicherung gegenüber Dritten, als
auch gegen Diebstahl und Feuerschäden des Eigentums
versichert. Die EUROTOURING S.p.A. lehnt somit jedwede
Verantwortung
für
eventuelle
Schäden,
Diebstähle,
Fahrlässigkeit, verbrecherische und/oder kriminelle Aktionen
innerhalb des Campingparks selbst, die nicht durch eigenes
Verschulden erfolgt sind, ab.
Art 18
Im Falle der Nichtbeachtung einer dieser Vorschriften, bei
schwerwiegenden Fällen kann sie das Verlassen des Benutzers
und seiner Gruppe des Campingparks veranlassen – dies
sowohl am Tag als auch bei Nacht – und eventuell Anzeige bei
den zuständingen Behörden erstatten.
Art. 19
Bei eventuellen Streitigkeiten mit der EUROTOURING S.p.A. und/
oder Direktion des Campinparks, ist das Gericht von LUCERA
(Foggia) zuständig.
