La nuova sarchiatrice THEMA per colture filari è robusta, versatile,
leggera e affidabile. Adatta a lavorare su colture diverse nelle più svariate
condizioni di terreno, garantisce una qualità di lavoro e una durata nel tempo
superiore alle altre macchine disponibili sul mercato.
Tutti i movimenti sono su cuscinetto a sfere stagni, il parallelogramma lavora su
boccole autolubrificanti, il telaio ha dimensione 100x100 mm. Lo spandiconcime
a distribuzione volumetrica brevettata può essere con tramoggia in PVC da 220L
o cassone in acciaio inossidabile da 800 fino a 1200L, con trasmissione a ruota
a presa a terra, sulle ruote di sostegno o tramite presa di forza. È disponibile su
telaio fisso, fisso con kit traino stradale, ripieghevole manuale o ripieghevole
idraulico.
Configurazioni di serie: elemento a 5 molle con zappetta 150mm (es.
mais/girasole); elemento a 3 molle con zappetta 105mm (es. bietola/soia); ZD:
elemento con 2 dischi e 3 zappe fisse (es. mais/girasole/ortaggi); elemento con
3 molle e rincalzatore a dischi posteriore (es. patate); ruote controllo profondità
ferro.
Accessori a richiesta: Protezione piante a bandelle o a dischi dentati, ruote profondità gomma farmflex, dischi direzionali, guida manuale o automatica, rincalzatori
posteriori ad ali o dischi, ruote di sostegno macchina in ferro con cresta o in
gomma, molla di rinforzo, molla pressione elemento, elemento rompicrosta.
Spandiconcime tramogge in plastica da 220L o cassone 800/1000/1200L in
acciaio inossidabile, trasmissione a cardano e regolazione concime centralizzata.
Kit traino stradale manuale o idraulico per telai fissi.
The new hoeing machine THEMA for crop rows is strong, versatile, light
and reliable. Suitable to different crops on various soil conditions (sandy, middleheavy and heavy soils), it ensures safety and longlasting working capacity, more
than any other machine in the market.
All movements (wheels, plants protection discs, fertiliser) are on ball bearings, the
floating part of the unit turns on selflubrificating nylon bushings, the toolbar is
100x100 mm. The PVC fertliser with patented volumetric distributors and drive
wheel has capacity of 220L, possible also fertiliser hopper of 800/1200L of steel
or stainless steel, with wheel transmission, on the support wheels or PTO.
It’s available with different fitting on on fixed, fixed with road transport set, manual
folding and hydraulic folding frame.
Standard configuration: unit has 5 tines and shoes 150mm (corn-sunflower); unit
has 3 tines and shoes 105mm (sugar beet-soya been); ZD: unit has 2 discs and 3
fixed tines (corn-sunflower-vegetables), unit has 3 tines and rear discs ridges (ex.
potato); steel depth wheels.
Options: Sheet or discs plant protection, depth rubber farmflex wheels, direction
discs, manual or automatic steering device, rear ridging plows or discs with
adjustable wings, front support wheels, reinforcement spring of the unit, floating
pressure spring, clod crusher unit.
Fertilizer: plastic hopper of 220L or single hopper 800/1000/1200L of steel or
stainless steel, possible fertiliser drive by cardan joint and central distributor fertiliser
adjustment.
Die neue Hackmaschine THEMA für Reihenkulturen ist stark, vielseitig,
leicht und zuverlässig. Sie ist für die Hackarbeit auf verschiedenen Kulturen
geeignet und versichert eine sehr hohe Arbeitsqualität, bessere Leistung und
längere Lebensdauer. Die Arbeitspunkte laufen auf dichten Kugellagern, das
Parallelogramm arbeitet
auf selbstschmierenden Büchsen, der Rahmen ist
100x100 mm stark. Der Düngerstreuer mit patentierter volumetrischen Verteilung
kann als Behälter aus Kunststoff 220L je oder aus Edelstahl inox 800L bis 1200L
bestehen. Der Antrieb erfolgt durch Bodenrad , durch Stützräder aus Gummi oder
durch Zapfwelle. Die THEMA ist mit Starrrahmen mit/ohne manueller Transportvorrichtung, manuell oder hydraulisch klappbar verfügbar.

Mais/Sonnenblumen); Hackaggregat mit 3 Feder FLEX mit Scharen 105mm (z.B.
Zuckerrüben/Soja); ZD: Hackaggregat mit 2 Pflanzschutzscheiben und 3 starren
Zinken (z.B. Mais/Sonnenblumen/Gemüse); Hackaggregat mit 4 Feder FLEX und
hinteren Doppelscheibenhäufler (z.B..Kartoffeln); Rollen für Tiefeneinstellung aus
Stahl.
Sonderzubehör: Gezahnte Scheiben- oder Blechpflanzenschutz, Rollen für
Tiefeneinstellung aus Gummi, Führungsscheiben, manuelle oder automatische
Lenkung, hintere Flügel- oder Doppelscheibenhäufler, Stützräder aus Stahl oder aus
Gummi, Verstärkungsfeder FLEX, Druckfeder für das Hackaggregat, Krustenbrecheraggregat. Düngerstreuer aus PVC 220L je oder großen Behälter
800/1000/1200L aus Edelstahl Inox mit Kardanwellenantrieb und zentrale
Einstellungshebel (wenn nicht schon Standard). Manuelle oder hydraulische
Transportvorrichtung für Starrrahmen.
La nouvelle bineuse THEMA pour cultures à rangs est robuste, universelle, légere et confidente. Indiqueé pour travail sur cultures divers dans les plus
différentes conditions de terrain la THEMA garantit une qualité de travail et une
durée dans le temps supérieurs à les autres machines sûr le marché.
Tous les mouvements sont sûr roulements, le parallélogramme travaille sûr boucles
autolubrifiantes, la poutre est 100X100mm. Le fertiliseur en PVC de 220L est à
distribution volumetrique brevetée, disponible aussi trémie 800/1000/1200L
avec transmission par roue, sur le roues de soutien ou par pris de force. Elle est
disponible suivant plusieurs combinations sûr poutre fixe, repliable manuel et
repliable hydraulique. Disponible pour châssis fixe avec chariot de transport,
repliable manuel ou repliable hydraulique.
Equipément de série: FM: unité à 5 ressorts et socs de 150mm (maïs); FB: unité a
3 ressorts et socs de 105mm (betteraves); ZD: unité avec 2 disques et 3 socs fixes
(maraîchère); FP: unité avec 3 ressorts et butteurs à disque ar (pommes de terre);
roues de profondeur en fer.
Options: Protection de plants à bandes ou disques crantés, roues de profondeur en
caoutchou farmflex, disques directionnels, conduite manuelle ou automatique,
butteurs avec ailes réglables, roues de support, ressort de renforcement, ressort de
pression du parallelogramme, unitè emotteuse. Fertiliseur: trémie en plastique de
220L ou trémie 800/1000/1200L en fer ou acier inox, transmission du fertiliseur
par cardan et avec réglage centralisé.
