TITANIUM
Titanium is, by nature, covered by a layer of dioxide which destroys bacteria with
great power, (not only staphylococcus, but also streptococcus, bacillus anthracis,
legionella bacteria and so on) effective also against high polluting agents in the
atmosphere (nitrogen dioxide, benzene, sulphur oxide, carbon monoxide, ozone
and certain fine particles).
The specific characteristics of this metal are: strength, lightness, resistance to
pitting and hitting biocompatibility, non magnetic, very low heat conduction
aesthetics. Titanium is chemically extracted from ilmenite and rutilio, that are
present in the earth crust. Furthermore, it is a very low heat conductor and
therefore it always keeps a pleasant temperature to the touch. Being nonmagnetic,
it creates a high protection net against the earth’s magnetic fields responsible
for much dysfunctional behaviour both in humans and, even more so, in animals.
Titanium is the only metal among 11,000 alloys and non-alloys known thus far to
be completely biocompatible with the human body.

In natura è ricoperto da uno strato di biossido che possiede un alto
potere distruttivo nei confronti di molti batteri (stafilococco, ma
anche streptococco, bacillo dell’antrace, legionella e molti altri) e
inquinanti dispersi nell’atmosfera (biossido d’azoto, benzene, ossido
di zolfo, monossido di carbonio, ozono e alcune particolari particelle
di polveri sottili).
Le sue caratteristiche specifiche sono: forza, leggerezza, resistenza
alla corrosione e agli urti, biocompatibilità, bellezza.
Pessimo conduttore del calore al tatto risulta essere sempre di
temperatura gradevole, amagnetico crea una rete di protezione elevata
contro i campi magnetici terrestri responsabili di molti comportamenti
anomali sia degli umani e tanto più degli animali. Il titanio è l’unico
metallo tra gli 11.000 legati e non legati, tutt’ora conosciuti, ad essere
completamente biocompatibile con il corpo umano.

TITAN
Titan ist in der Natur von einer Dioxid-Schicht bedeckt, die viele Bakterien zerstören kann (Staphylokokken, aber auch
Streptokokken, Bacillus anthracis, Legionellen und viele andere) sowie in der Atmosphäre verteilte Schadstoffe (Stickstoffdioxid,
Benzen, Schwefeldioxid, Kohlenmonoxid, Ozon und einige besondere Feinstaubpartikel).
Die charakteristischen Eigenschaften dieses Metalls sind: Stärke, Leichtigkeit, Korrosionsbeständigkeit, Stossfestigkeit,
Bioverträglichkeit, Nichtmagnetisierung, geringe Wärmeleitfähigkeit und Schönheit. Da es sich bei Titan außerdem um einen
sehr schlechten Wärmeleiter handelt, ist es bei Berührung immer von angenehmer Temperatur. Es ist nicht magnetisch und
schafft somit einen erhöhten Schutz vor den magnetischen Feldern der Erde, die für viele anomale Verhaltensweisen von

FEATURES
Thanks to its resistance to acid based elements in the horse’s
mouth, its extreme biocompatibility, and its lightness (the steel
version weighs double) the bit in titanium is a valid alternative to
the bits on the market at the moment.
As a number of tests have shown, once the bit is inserted inside
its mouth, the horse produces an abundant amount of saliva with
consequent relaxation of all the neck muscles and is therefore
gentler and more pleasant.
MERKMALE
Das Titangebiss ist dank seiner Festigkeit gegenüber den sich
im Maul des Pferdes befindlichen Säuren und Basen, seiner
ausgezeichneten Bioverträglichkeit, seiner Leichtigkeit (es
ist halb so schwer wie Stahl) eine wertvolle Alternative zu den
derzeit im Handel erhältlichen Gebissen.
Zahllose Tests haben erwiesen, dass nach dem Einsetzen des Gebisses ins Maul des
Pferdes ein erhöhter Speichelfluss und folglich ein Entspannen aller Halsmuskeln
einsetzt, was eine größere Fügsamkeit zur Folge hat.

UN OBJET UNIQUE
Chaque pièce de cette collection d’embouchures et de mors en titane est réalisée

rider and horse, Lorenzini introduces a dressage specific
stirrup. The dressage stirrup has a slimmer style with a
raised rubber foot bed.

The horse protection boots are constructed with central and lateral inserts in titanium. They use the latest generation of
breathable neoprene for total comfort of the horse. The upper asymmetrical mid-section is perfectly adapted to the limb and
guarantees total protection and shock absorption.
The boots help prevent rubbing between the horse’s ankles that can often cause painful sores. Quick to attach and easy to
wear, they use two soft elastic straps which are adjustable to three different positions.
Not only do they provide protection but they are aesthetically pleasing and perfect for any occasion, from jumping to galloping.
They undergo a zirconium sandblasting process and a subsequent passivation.
