I Prodotti di questa serie denominati IR
(particolarmente adatti all’utilizzo all’esterno) subiscono il processo
“INFINITYREDOX™”
ANTISCIVOLO
basato sui seguenti due Sistemi:
1. Il Sistema TECNOGRIP22™ è l’unico sistema antiscivolo che non
aumenta la sporcabilità ma modifica la struttura sulla quale va ad agire.
Porta ad alti livelli di compatibilità con le norme BCRA, ASTM e DIN 51097.
Racchiude le seguenti caratteristiche:
è permanente;
non altera l’aspetto estetico del supporto in quanto ad occhio nudo non è visibile;
più il supporto convertito è bagnato e unto e più il coefficiente di antiscivolosità aumenta;
non aumenta la sporcabilità del supporto. Lo rende facilmente pulibile;
i coefficienti di attrito misurati su supporti convertiti superano i valori massimi della
scala dettata dalla normativa BCRA come dimostrato dai certificati in nostro possesso;
raggiungimento dei massimi livelli di antiscivolosità anche nella misurazione
dei coefficienti di attrito secondo la normativa DIN 51097e ASTM;
permette di poter posare i supporti ceramici come il gres anche all’esterno
senza avere problemi di scivolosità;
2. Il Sistema INFINITYTiO2™ è l’unico sistema basato sul biossido di titanio
colloidale e sulla fotocatalisi di deposizione permanente, completamente a freddo e a fine linea.
Consente alle superfici di assumere proprietà foto-catalitiche,
cioè in grado di assorbire e decomporre gli inquinanti organici
(solidi, liquidi e gassosi) trasformandoli in composti non nocivi.
Inoltre la iper-idrofilia, impedisce l’adesione dello sporco così da consentire
all’acqua (lavaggio o pioggia) una facile eliminazione.
AUTOPULENTE
I materiali sui quali viene applicato il sistema INFINITYTiO2™ diventano autopulenti
e anti-microbici in quanto lo sporco di qualsiasi natura,
le macchie di qualsiasi sostanza, gli ossidi di azoto e le polveri sottili
attraversano le superfici porose dei materiali e si legano alle nanoparticelle di biossido di titanio
che, grazie all’assorbimento dei raggi UV, li “brucia” e li trasforma in prodotti innocui per la salute e
facilmente asportabili.
Questo processo non solo è possibile in esterno dove intervengono attivamente i raggi UV del sole
ma anche in interno grazie ad una particolare tecnologia aggiunta.
Grazie a questo sistema, che è in grado di attaccare tutto ciò che è di natura organica,
tutte le superfici di casa diventano autopulenti e antimicrobiche in quanto:
non è più necessario l’utilizzo di detergenti, basta solo l’acqua per pulire;
batteri e i microbi non sono più in grado di proliferare;
ogni m2 di superficie sulla quale è stato applicato il sistema INFINITYTiO2™
è in grado di disinquinare 250 m3 di aria ogni ora in quanto vengono aggredite
le polveri sottili e tutti i gas nocivi per la salute.
La fotocatalisi è paragonabile alla fotosintesi clorofilliana delle piante.

The products in this range called IR
(which are particularly suited to use outdoor) undergo an
“INFINITYREDOX™”
process based on the following two Systems:
ANTISMOG
1. The TECNOGRIP22™ System is the only slip resistant system which does
not increase dirt attraction but rather modifies the structure it acts on.
It assures high compatibility with BCRA, ASTM and DIN 51097 standards.
It possesses the following features:
it is permanent;
it does not alter the appearance of the support as it is not visible to the naked eye;
the wetter or greasier the converted support, the higher the non-slip coefficient;
it does not increase the dirt attraction of the support.
It makes it easy to clean;
the friction coefficients measured on the converted supports exceed
the maximum values of the scale set by the BCRA standard,
as demonstrated by the certificates in our possession;
achievement of maximum non-slip levels also when measuring friction
coefficients according to the DIN 51097e ASTM standard;
it allows ceramic surfaces such as stoneware to be laid even outdoor
with no problems of slippage;
2. The INFINITYTIO2™ System is the only system based on colloidal titanium
dioxide and the photocatalysis of permanent deposits, completely applied on the finished product.
It allows surfaces to take on photo-catalytic properties, making them able to absorb
and decompose organic pollutants (solids, liquids and gases)
and transform them into harmless compounds. Moreover, being
hyper-hydrophilic, it prevents dirt from sticking and easily eliminates rain and washing water.
The materials on which the INFINITYTiO2™ system is applied become self-cleaning and
anti-microbial as any kind of dirt, any kind of stain, nitrogen oxide and particulates pass
through the porous surfaces of the material and bind to the nano-particles of titanium
dioxide which, absorbing UV rays, “burn” them and transform them into products
which are harmless and easily removed. This process is possible not only outside
where the UV rays of the sun naturally intervene,
but also inside, thanks to the special added technology.
With this system, which attacks anything of an organic nature,
all the surfaces in the house become self-cleaning and anti-microbial as:
detergents are no longer required, and only water is needed for cleaning;
bacteria and microbes can no longer spread;
every m2 of surface to which the INFINITYTIO2™ system
is applied is able to de-pollute 250 m3 of air every hour,
as it eliminates particulate and all harmful gases.
Photocatalysis can be compared to the chlorophyll photosynthesis of plants.
