Il comune di Scerni ed il circolo fotografico Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino, organizzano con i patrocini della FIAF, della FIAP, della PSA e di
ISF il 3° Concorso fotografico internazionale DONNA E’...…

Il concorso è aperto a tutti i fotografi del mondo siano essi dilettanti o professionisti i quali devono essere proprietari di tutti i diritti delle
immagini presentate. Tutte le parti, anche minime, dell’immagine devono essere state fotografate dall’autore che presenta l’opera.

Il concorso ha ottenuto il patrocinio FIAF 2014P1, il Patronage FIAP 201/044, PSA PID recognition ed il Label ISF 1/2014

Ogni opera deve riportare come codice la sigla del tema a cui partecipa (A,B o C), le prime tre lettere del cognome, le prime tre lettere del
nome e il numero progressivo. Il titolo delle immagine dovrà essere riportato solo nella scheda di partecipazione. Le opere, siano esse
pervenute a mezzo internet che su supporto digitale, non saranno restituite.
Al concorso vi si partecipa con opere “digitali” o “digitalizzate” nei temi: A) LIBERO Colore e/o Bianco e nero (Valido statistica FIAF), B)
DONNA E’.... Colore (Valido statistica FIAF), C) DONNA E’.... Bianco e nero Si possono inviare un massimo di 4 opere per tema.
Le immagini dovranno pervenire in formato JPG della dimensione di 1600 pixel nel lato più lungo, con risoluzione a 300 dpi ed il peso
massimo di 2 mb.

prosieguo, per brevità, il "Codice"), che i dati personali forniti nell'ambito del 2° concorso fotografico internazionale DONNA E’... saranno
raccolti e registrati dal Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino - su supporti cartacei, elettronici e/o informatici e/o telematici - protetti e trattati con
modalità idonee a garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza nel rispetto delle disposizioni del Codice. La informiamo che i dati fornitici verranno
utilizzati unicamente per finalità strettamente connesse e strumentali alla manifestazione.
A tal fine, nell'ambito dell'Iniziativa, i suoi dati
potranno essere pubblicati on-line nel sito web del concorso o/e sul catalogo del concorso. Il conferimento dei dati, è necessario al fine di
poter partecipare al concorso. La informiamo che potrà esercitare i diritti previsti dall'art. 7 e seg. del d.lgs. n. 196/2003 (tra cui, a mero titolo
esemplificativo, i diritti di ottenere la conferma dell'esistenza di dati che la riguardano e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile, la
indicazione delle modalità di trattamento, l'aggiornamento, la rettificazione o l'integrazione dei dati, la cancellazione) mediante richiesta
rivolta senza formalità al Titolare del trattamento dei dati. Titolare del trattamento dei dati è il Circolo Fotografico Fotoamatori Sangro
Aventino, con sede legale in Via Giuseppe Capograssi, 22 a Altino (CH) tramite il proprio presidente, pro tempore, Di Tommaso Angelo.
Il catalogo sarà prodotto su CD/DVD, con riportate tutte le opere vincitrici, le opere ammesse, il verbale della giuria e l’elenco delle opere e
dei partecipanti ammessi.
La partecipazione al circuito implica, da parte del partecipante, l’accettazione incondizionata del presente regolamento e partecipando ne
dimostra la conoscenza.
I risultati saranno trasmessi per mail a tutti i partecipanti.
14. Un’immagine in bianco e nero è definita come varie sfumature di non più di un colore (varie tonalità di colore che da molto chiaro al molto
scuro), ma può essere un qualsiasi singolo colore. Immagini multi-tonica (varie tonalità di due o più colori) e immagini in scala di grigi, con un
accento di colore aggiunto non sono accettabili nelle sezioni bianco e nero e devono essere inserite nelle sezioni colore.
NB PER I SOCI FIAF: Per non incorrere nelle sanzioni previste dal regolamento FIAF le opere fotografiche presentate
ai concorsi dovranno rimanere nel tempo così come presentate la prima volta. Un'opera, per esempio, presentata a
colori, sia come stampa che come file, non potrà più essere presentata in BN e viceversa.
REGLEMENT (Français)
1) La mairie de Scerni et le photoclub Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino, présentent le 3eme Concours photographique “LA FEMME
EST…”
2) Le concours est ouvert aux photographes du monde entier qui doivent etre propriétaires de tous les droits des images
presentées.
3) Chaque auteur peut présenter un maximum de 4 images par section: A) LIBRE Couleur ou noir et blanc B) LA FEMME
EST.... (couleur) C) LA FEMME EST..... (Noir et blanc). Les images doivent parvenir en format JPG de 1600 pixels pour le coté
le plus grand et une résolution de 300 dpi et 2 mb de pois maximale.
4) Chaque oeuvre doit etre nommée avec la lettre de la section (A, B ou C), les trois premières lettres du nom de famille, les trois
premières lettres du prénom et le numéro progressif. Le titre de la photo ne devra apparaitre que sur le formulaire.
5) Les frais de participations sont fixés à 15€/19$ pour une ou plusieurs sections, pourront etre payé paypal:

Les frais de participation pour les envoi collectif de 5 à 9 auteurs est de 12€/15$ et 10 auteurs et plus est de 10€/13$
6) Les fichiers, le formulaire et les frais de participation (Paypal ou billets de banque) pourront etre:

Envoyés par poste à Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino, Via Giuseppe Capograssi 22, 66040 Altino (CH) -ITALIE7) Les oeuvres non accompagnées des fiches et frais de participations ne seront ni jugées, ni restituées. Les propriétaires de ces
oeuvres n’auront pas le droit au catalogue.
8) Le catalogue sera réalisé sur CD, il contiendra toutes les photos récompensées et acceptées.
9) L’acceptation des oeuvres et la remise des prix auront lieu à la seule discrétion des jurés.
10) La participation au concours implique la complète et inconditionnée acceptation du présent règlement et la prise de
connaissance évidente.
11) Les statistiques, les verbaux du jury, ainsi que toutes les oeuvres récompensées et acceptées seront pubbliés sur le site:
www.fotoamatorisangroaventino.it
12) Les résultats seront envoyés par mail
13) Seront acceptées au moins 25% des photos envoyées.
14) Une image monochrome est défini comme ayant différentes nuances de pas plus d'une couleur (différentes nuances de cette
couleur de très clair à très foncé), mais il peut y avoir une seule couleur. Images multi-tons (différentes teintes de deux couleurs ou
plus) et des images en niveaux de gris avec un accent de couleur ajoutée ne sont pas acceptables dans les sections
monochromes et doivent être inscrits dans les sections couleur.
RULES (English)
1) The city of Scerni and the Photoclub Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino present the 3rd international photo contest “Woman is...”.
2) The contest is open to all the photographers worldwide: they must be the sole owners of the rights about the submitted entries.
3) Each entrant can submit up to 4 photographs per section: A) COLOUR or MONOCHROME FREE SUBJECT; B) WOMAN IS...
colour and C) WOMAN IS... Monochrome. The entries will be submitted in a JPEG format measuring 1600 pixels on their long
dimensions and a resolution of 300 dpi and the maximum weight of 2 mb.
4) Each entry will have a title containing the letter showing the section to which it belongs (A, B or C), the first three letters of the
family name, the first three letters of the first name and the identification number. The entry title will be shown only on the entry
form.
5) The photographs, the entry form and the entry fee (Paypal or cash) can be:
- sent on the website www.fotoamatorisangroaventino.it (preferred solution) since the 1st of September 2013;
- sent by mail to Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino - via Giuseppe Capograssi, 22 - 66040 Altino (CH) - ITALY
6) The entry fee has been fixed to 15€/19$ per entrant, for one, two or three sections paypal:

The participation fee for items sent from 5 to 9 authors is 12€/$15 and 10 authors and over is 10€/13$
7) The entries consigned without entry form and/or fee will not be judged, nor returned. The entrants will not have the right to
receive the catalogue.
8) The catalogue will be made on CD, and will contain all the awarded and admitted photographs.
9) The admittance of the photographs and the prize assignment will be done at the sole discretion of the jury.
10) The participation to the competition entails the complete and unconditioned acceptation of these rules, and evidence of
acknowledgement.
11) Statistics, jury reports and all the awarded and admitted works will be published on the website
www.fotoamatorisangroaventino.it.
12) The results will be communicated by e-mail.
13) Will be accepted at least 25% of the entries.
14) A monochrome image is defined as having varying shades of no more than one color (various shades of that color from very
light to very dark) but it may be any single color. Multi-toned images (various shades of two or more colors) and greyscale images
with an added accent color are not acceptable in Monochrome Class sections and must be entered in Color Class sections.

1)La ciudad de Scerni y el il circulo fotogràfico Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino presentan el 3° concurso fotografico internacional
“Mujer es...”
2) El concurso està abierto à los fotògrafos de todo el mundo: ellos seràn los ùnicos propietarios de los derechos sobre las
imagenes presentadas..
3) Cada autor puede presentar un màximo de 4 obras per tema: A) TEMA LIBRE EN COLOR; B) MUJER ES... (Blanco y negro
o color). Las obras seràn enviadas en el formato jpeg, con el tamaňo de 1600 pixels en su lado largo, y una resoluciòn de 300
dpi y el peso máximo de 2 mb.
4) Cada obra habrà un tìtulo que contiene la letra del tema de apartenencia (A, B or C), las primeras tres letras del appellido, las
primeras tres letras del nom y el nùmero progresivo. El tìtulo de la obra serà especificado sòlo en la ficha de participaciòn.
5) Las obras, la ficha de participaciòn y los derechos de inscriptiòn (Paypal o Efectivo) podràn ser:
- Enviadas por el sitio web www.fotoamatorisangroaventino.it (solutiòn preferida) desde el 1° de septiembre 2013.
- Enviadas por correo à Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino - via Giuseppe Capograssi, 22 - 66040 Altino (CH) – ITALIA
6) Los derechos de inscriptiòn son establecidos en 15 € / 19 $ por participante, por uno o dos temas paypal:

La cuota de participación para los artículos enviados de 5 a 10 autores es de 12€/$15 y 10 autores y más es de 10€/13$
7) Las obras enviadas sin ficha de participaciòn y/o derechos de inscriptiòn no seràn juzgados, ni devueltas. Los participantes non
tendràn derecho à recibir el catàlogo.
8 )El catàlogo serà hecho en CD, y contendrà todas las fotografìas premiadas y admitidas.
9) El admisiòn de las fotografìas y el asignaciòn de los premios seràn à discreciòn de los solos jurados.
10) La participaciòn al concurso implìca la aceptaciòn total y incondicional de estas bases, y reconocimiento evidente.
11) Las estadìsticas, los verbales de jurado y todas las obras premiadas y admitidas seràn publicadas en el sitio web
www.fotoamatorisangroaventino.it.
12) Los resultados seràn comunicados por e-mail.
13) Serà admitido por lo menos el 25% de las obras.
14) Una imagen monocromática se define como tener varios tonos de no más de un color (varios tonos de ese color desde muy
claro hasta muy oscuro), pero puede ser de cualquier color individual. Imágenes multi-tonos (varios tonos de dos o más colores) e
imágenes en escala de grises con un acento de color añadido no son aceptables en las secciones blanco y negro y se deben
introducir en las secciones de color.
Vorschriften/Teilnahmebedingungen (Deutsch)
1) Die Gemeinde von Scerni organisiert zusammen mit dem Photoclub Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino den Zweiten
Fotographiewettbewerb “Die Frau ist…”.
2) Der Wettbewerb ist zugänglich für Fotographen aller Nationalitäten, unter der Voraussetzung, dass sie als einzige über die
Rechte der eingereichten Werke verfügen.
3) Pro Teilnehmer dürfen maximal 4 Bilder je Sektion eingereicht werden: Sektion A) Frei in Schwarz-weiss oder Farbe, B) Die
Frau ist… Farbe, C) Die Frau ist… Schwarz-weiss. Jedes Werk ist im JPEG Format einzureichen 1600 pixel für die grösste Seite,
Auflösung 300 dpi und das maximale Gewicht von 2 mb.
4) Der Benennungscode für jedes Werk setzt sich folgendermassen zusammen: Sektionsbuchstabe (A oder B), jeweils die ersten
drei Buchstaben des Teilnehmernachnamens, jeweils die ersten drei Buchstaben des Teilnehmervornamens und Laufnummer
(1,2,etc.). Der Titel des Werks ist ausschliesslich auf dem Einreichungsformular zu nennen.
5) Die Fotografien, das Anmeldeformular und das Startgeld (Paypal oder Bargeld) können sein:
- Auf der Website www.fotoamatorisangroaventino.it (bevorzugte Lösung) seit dem 1. September gesendet 2013;
- Per Post an Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino - via Giuseppe Capograssi, 22 bis 66040 Altino (CH) – ITALIEN
6) Die Einschreibung (einschliessend, den Ordner mit den Werken, das Teilnahmeformular und die Teilnahmekosten) kann ab dem
1. September über Internet (bevorzugt), www.fotoamatorisangroaventino.it, oder per Post (Fotoamatori Sangro Aventino, Via
Giuseppe Capograssi 22, 66040 Altino (CH), Italien
7) Der Teilnahmebeitrag beträgt 15€/19$ je nach Teilnahme an einer bzw. beiden Sektionen paypal:

Die Teilnahmegebühr für Artikel 5-9 Autoren geschickt ist 12€/$15 und 10 Autoren und über 10€/13$
8) Werke ohne beigefügtesTeilnehmerformular und/oder Teilnahmebeitrag werden weder ausgewertet, noch zurückgesendet. In
diesem Fall verfällt auch das Recht auf den Wettbewerbskatalog.
9) Der Katalog wird in CD-Format ausgegeben und enthält alle ausgezeichneten und zugelassenen Werke.
10) Beurteilung und Bewertung der fotographischen Werke, sowie die Preisausgabe liegen alleinig im Ermessen der Jury.
11) Die Teilnahme am Wettbewerb setzt die Anerkenntnis und Bestätigung aller aufgeführten Vorschriften voraus.
12) Die Statistiken, Jury-Urteile und eingereichten Werke werden auf unserer website www.fotoamatorisangroaventino.it
veröffentlicht.
13) Die Ergebnisse werden per e-mail bekanntgegeben.
14) Es werden mindestens 25% aller eingereichten Werke akzeptiert.
15) Ein einfarbiges Bild ist als mit unterschiedlichen Schattierungen von nicht mehr als einer Farbe (verschiedene Schattierungen
dieser Farbe von sehr leichten bis sehr dunkel) definiert ist, aber es kann jede einzelne Farbe. Multi-getönten Bilder (verschiedene
Schattierungen von zwei oder mehr Farben) und Graustufen-Bilder mit einem zusätzlichen Akzent Farbe sind nicht in Monochrome
Class Abschnitte akzeptabel und muss in Farbe Class Abschnitte eingegeben werden.
