c’est avec grand plaisir que nous vous informons de l’imminente actuation du “Projet
Formation” qui verra votre participation active dans la partie de la diffusion.
Vous trouvez ci-joint le format électronique approuvé à utiliser lors des rencontres à ce
propos.
Vous devrez gentiment envoyer au Secrétariat Général un rapport sur les adhésions des
Clubs afin de faire le monitorage de l’intérêt parmi les membres et de l'évolution du
projet.
En plus, le Secrétariat général vous enverra, au plus tôt, une version mise à jour et
complète de notre « Handbook pour les présidents et les secrétaires» où d'autres
directives utiles pour faciliter votre tâche de formation sont recueillies.
En confiant dans votre précieuse collaboration pour le développement du mouvement
panathlétique nous vous souhaitons un bon travail et nous envoyons les meilleures

Sarà vostra premura inviare alla Segreteria Generale un report sulle adesioni da parte dei
Club al fine di monitorare l’interesse tra i soci e l'evoluzione del progetto.
la Segreteria Generale, inoltre, Vi invierà entro breve un versione aggiornata e completa
del nostro ”Handbook per i presidenti ed i segretari” dove sono raccolte altre linee guida
utili per agevolare il vostro compito di formazione.

Dear Friends,
it’s with pleasure that we inform you about the forthcoming implementation of the
“Training Project” that will see your active participation in the promotion part.
Please find here enclosed the approved electronic format to be used during the meetings
in object.
You’ll send to the General Secretariat a report on the adhesions by Clubs in order to
monitor the interest among members and the evolution of the project.
In addition, the General Secretariat will send you, as soon as possible, an updated and full
version of our “Handbook for presidents and secretaries” where other guidelines are
gathered and useful to ease your task of training.

les interesará activamente en la divulgación.
En anexo encontrarán el formato electrónico aprobado para utilizarlo durante las reuniones en
cuestión.
Les pedimos que envíen cortésmente a la Secretaría general un informe sobre las adhesiones por
parte de los clubes para hacer la monitorización del interés de los miembros y la evolución del
proyecto.
La Secretaría General les enviará también, los más pronto posible, una versión actualizada y
completa de nuestro "Manual para los presidentes y los secretarios" donde están recogidas otras
directrices útiles para facilitar la tarea de la formación.

Liebe Freunde,
es freut uns, Euch mitteilen zu dürfen, dass die Umsetzung des “Ausbildungsprojekts” nun
ihren Anfang nimmt und Euch aktiv daran teilnehmen lässt.
In der Anlage findet Ihr das genehmigte elektronische Format, das Euch für die
entsprechenden Schulungstreffen als Grundlage dient.
Ihr werdet dem Generalsekretariat freundlicherweise einen Bericht über die Teilnahme
der Clubs übermitteln, aus dem das Interesse in den Clubs und die Entwicklung des
Projekts klar ersichtlich ist.
Das Generalsekretariat wird Euch in Kürze eine überarbeitete, vollständige Ausgabe
unseres “Handbuchs für die Präsidenten und Sekretäre” zustellen, das weitere nützliche
Richtlinien zur Erleichterung Eurer Ausbildungsaufgaben enthält.
In der Hoffnung auf Eure wertvolle Mitarbeit zur Entwicklung der Panathlon-Bewegung
