My father bought in the 1963 the olding
distillery from Eugenio Levi. Only in 1967,
after a total renovation of the whole equipment
he started the production of Grappa again.
Step by step, with the power of the all the
family members, we made known our distillery
to a wide range of clients. We only use best
grapes from the “Langhe “(wich is closed
to region of Liguria) to produce with
traditional metods various Grappas in our
distillery. Me, my wife and few employees are
always trying hard, to increase the quality of
our product for the customers.
Mein Vater kaufte 1963 die alte Grappabrennerei
von Eugenio Levi. Erst im Jahr 1967, nacht einer
umfassenden Emeuerung der gesamten Anlage
wurde der Betrieb wieder aufgenommen. Mit
grossen Anstrengungen und Unterstutzung der
ganzen Familie wurde Schritt fur Schritt der
Bekanntheitsgrad der Brennerel arhoht. Mit
nach wie von traditionellen Methoden werden nur
die besten Frauben der “Langhe” (ein Gebiet das
an die Region Ligurien grenzt) verarbeitet. Ich,
meine Frau und eine Handvall Angestellter sind
standig bestrebt, eine Qualitatssteigerung unserer
Grappas zu erzielen.
La nostra società nasce nel 1963.
Giuseppe, mio padre, compra la
vecchia Distilleria Eugenio Levi,
ma solo nel 1967 la rimette in
funzione
rinnovando
le
attrezzature già esistenti con un
impianto nuovo.
Nel 1974 con il supporto di tutta
la famiglia inizia la piccola ma
sudata scalata per farsi conoscere.
Il metodo rimane artigianale sempre alla
ricerca delle migliori partite di
vinaccia andando sia nelle Langhe che
nell’entroterra ligure.
A tutt’ora ci siamo io e mia moglie, con un
paio di dipendenti, alla continua ricerca di
migliorare le nostre grappe da proporre ai
nostri clienti.
