“Wind Surf Fund Linked Notes”:
Starting from 25th October 2010 Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A. will
substitute Abaxbank S.p.A. in the index sponsor, calculation agent and liquidity provider
roles.
We inform you that, by effects of the resignation notified by Abaxbank S.p.A. (“Abax”), on 25th October 2010
(“Effective Date”), Mediobanca – Banca di Credito Finanziario S.p.A (“Mediobanca”) will replace Abax as
Index Sponsor and Calculation Agent with reference to the bond named "Wind Surf Fund Linked Notes", no.
52, Series, ISIN: XS0269908231, (the “Notes”) issued on 21st November 2006, with maturity on 21st
November 2011 and placed by Abax as global coordinator (“responsabile del collocamento”), (the
“Replacement”).
In addition, by the Effective Date, Mediobanca will replace Abax as liquidity provider of the Notes.
As a result of the Replacement, the final terms of the Notes will be deemed modified having Mediobanca
acquired all rights, obligations and powers, previously attributed to Abax.
