Terms and conditions for reservations
We accept reservations only after receiving a deposit of 30% on the quotation for the total stay
at the B & B.

The deposits for bookings are returned in full for cancellations up to 15 days before the start of
the stay, 50% for cancellation up to 7 days before the start of stay, ARE NOT RETURNED for
cancellation after 7 days before the start of the stay. In case of cancellation of a reservation
from the B & B, the management will inform the clients immediately and reimburse in full the
deposit amount.
The guest making the reservations and paying the requested deposit either in cash or by bank
payment, declare that have read the “Regulation” rules and specifically the point "Terms and
Conditions for reservations" and to agree to abide by these rules.
For any legal dispute is competent the court of Rome.
