Slim thickness and minimal silhouettes.
Sturdiness and speedy assembly,
requiring just 8 screws.
Hollow-core side panels in pressure bent
sheet metal, 0.8 mm (0.03") thick. The slots
for the attachment of the shelves allow
a seamless alignment without any gaps.
Galvanised click fasteners, 2 mm (0.08")
thick. Assembly achieved using the two
anchor fins which slot into the special slots
designed to prevent accidental dislodgement on the side panels.
Shelves in sheet metal, 0.7 mm (0.03")
thick, height-adjustable and with 25 mm
(0.98") pitch; folded three times along the
two front sides; designed to file hanging
folders with a centre distance of 330 mm
(13"); shelf capacity of 80 kg (176.4 lb)
distributed evenly.
Back panel in pressure bent sheet metal,
0.7 mm (0.03") thick, slotted into place
between the two side panels without the
use of screws or bolts, giving the cabinet
greater stability and guaranteeing speedy
assembly.
Hollow-core base and ceiling in sheet
metal, 0.7 mm (0.03") thick. Plastic
feet, adjustable from inside the cabinet.
Hollow-core hinged doors in sheet metal,
0.7 mm (0.03") thick, complete with key
lock. Minimal torsional and flexural effects,
styling appeal even with the doors open.
Bascule opening system so no visible
hinges. 125° opening. Designed to accommodate wooden doors (even the customer’s
own) with hinge and hinge plate. Plastic
handles with 96 mm (3.78”) pitch. Optional
steel round bar handle painted to match
the doors.
Degreased and phosphate-coated, then
coated with epoxy powder paints devoid of
heavy metals and then baked in a furnace
at 190 °C. Minimum guaranteed thickness
of 50 microns, with a duration of a minimum
of 200 hours in saline mist (in compliance
with standard ASTM B117).
Product designed and built using stateof-the-art techniques, in compliance with
the safety provisions specified in Italian
Leg. Decree 81/08. Not suitable for direct
contact with food as envisaged in Italian
Ministerial Decree 21/03/73.
Profili sottili e linee minimali. Solidità
e rapidità di montaggio con solo 8 viti.
Fianchi tamburati in lamiera pressopiegata
di spessore 0.8 mm (0.03"). Le forature
per l’aggancio dei ripiani consentono
un perfetto allineamento senza fessure.
Ganci zincati di spessore 2 mm (0.08").
Il montaggio avviene tramite due alette di
ancoraggio che si inseriscono nei particolari
fori anti-sganciamento dei fianchi.
Ripiani in lamiera di spessore 0.7 mm
(0.03") regolabili in altezza con passo
25 mm (0.98"); triplice piegatura sui due
lati frontali; predisposizione per l’utilizzo
di cartelle sospese con interasse 330 mm
(13"); portata di 80 kg (176.4 lb) uniformemente distribuiti.
Schienale in lamiera pressopiegata di
spessore 0.7 mm (0.03") inserito ad incastro tra i due fianchi senza viti o bulloni,
garantendo stabilità all’armadio e rapidità
di montaggio.
Fondo e cielo tamburati in lamiera di
spessore 0.7 mm (0.03"). Piedini in plastica
regolabili dall’interno all’armadio.
Ante tamburate a battente in lamiera di
spessore 0.7 mm (0.03"), complete di serratura a chiave. Effetti torsionali e flessionali
minimi, qualità estetica anche ad ante
aperte. Sistema di apertura a bilico, quindi
privo di cerniere a vista. Apertura di 125°.
Predisposizione per ante in legno (anche
del cliente) con cerniere a basetta. Maniglie
passo 96 mm (3.78") in plastica. Opzionale
maniglia in tondino di acciaio verniciato in
tinta con le ante.
Verniciatura a polveri atossiche prive di
metalli pesanti, con passaggio in forno
a 190 °C, previo trattamento di sgrassaggio
e fosfatazione. Spessore minimo garantito
50 micron, resistenza minima in nebbia
salina pari a 200 ore (norma ASTM B117).
Prodotto progettato e realizzato secondo
lo stato dell’arte, con relativi adempimenti
in materia di sicurezza connessi al
decreto italiano D.LGS. 81/08. Non idoneo
al contatto diretto con gli alimenti come
previsto dal decreto italiano D.M. 21/03/73.
Leichtes Design mit minimalistischer
Linienführung. Standfest und mit
nur 8 Schrauben schnell zu montieren.
Verkleidete Außenseiten aus Kantblech
mit einer Stärke von 0.8 mm (0.03").
Die Bohrungen für das Einhängen
der Regalböden sorgen dafür, dass diese
gerade und ohne Spalt ausgerichtet sind.
Verzinkte Haken mit einer Stärke von
2 mm (0.08"). Die Montage erfolgt mit zwei
Ankerflügeln, die in die entsprechenden
Bohrungen mit Aushaksicherung an den
Außenseiten eingesetzt werden.
Regalböden aus Blech mit einer Stärke von
0.7 mm (0.03") in der Höhe verstellbar mit
Abstand 25 mm (0.98"); dreifache Sicherheitsfalzung auf beiden Vorderseiten; auch
für die Verwendung mit Hängemappen mit
Abstand 330 mm (13") vorgerüstet; die Tragfähigkeit beträgt 80 kg (176.4 lb) bei einer
gleichmäßigen Verteilung des Gewichts.
Rückwand aus Kantblech mit einer Stärke
von 0.7 mm (0.03"), die ohne Zuhilfenahme
von Schrauben und Bolzen zwischen den
beiden Außenseiten eingesteckt wird; dies
sorgt dafür, dass der Schrank stabil und
schnell montiert werden kann.
Verkleideter Boden und Deckel aus
Blech mit einer Stärke von 0.7 mm (0.03").
Höhenverstellbare Füße aus Plastik,
die im Schrankinneren eingestellt werden.
Verkleidete Drehtüren aus Blech mit einer
Stärke von 0.7 mm (0.03"), mit Verriegelung mit Schlüssel. Minimale Torsions- und
Biegeeffekte, auch bei geöffneten Türen
ästhetisch ansprechend. Scharnierfreie Kippöffnung. 125°-Öffnung. Vorrüstung für
Türen aus Holz (auch für vom Kunden gelieferte Türen) mit Scharnieren mit Grundplatte.
Griffe mit Abstand 96 mm (3.78") aus Kunststoff. Optionaler Griff aus Rundstahl, lackiert
in farblicher Abstimmung mit den Türen.
Die Lackierung erfolgt im Lackierofen bei
190 °C mit gift- und schwermetallfreien
Pulverlacken, nach vorheriger Entfettung und
Phosphatierung. Die garantierte Mindeststärke der Lackschicht beträgt 50 Mikron bei
einer Mindestverweildauer von 200 Stunden
im Salznebel (Norm ASTM B117).
Entwurf und Herstellung dieses Produkts
entsprechen dem Stand der Technik sowie
den Bestimmungen zur Arbeitssicherheit
gemäß GD Nr. 81/08. Dieses Produkt ist
gemäß Ministerialdekret vom 21.03.1973
i.d.g.F. nicht für den direkten Kontakt mit
Nahrungsmitteln geeignet.
