Il corpo di ciascun nuovo Kockòn è un assieme modulare altamente
ingegnerizzato, pensato per garantire protezione totale mediante una
robusta barriera che separa il contenuto del serbatoio dall’esterno.
Ogni parte di tale assieme è ricavata dal pieno usando speciali leghe di
alluminio. Le sezioni di ciascun componente sono disegnate per ottenere la
massima resistenza, e il contestuale contenimento dei pesi.

The body of each New Kockòn is a modular engineered package voted
to provide ultimate fuel protection through a robust and intelligently built
barrier which separates the inside of the fuel tank from the outside.
Each part is individually machined from solid aircraft grade aluminium or
die cast using alloys with characteristics to match. Mechanical sections
are designed to achieve maximum strength, yet weight is maintained to a
minimum.

The addition of system components will reconfigure the device to enhanced forms of protection

Available in 105 bayonet mount and 80 mm threaded mount, the Ultimate series represents the
pinnacle of mechanical fuel protection. Kockòn
MACH II Ultimate weighs in at approximately half
the weight of it’s steel counterpart, boasting unparalleled strength and resistance.
Kockòn Mach II ULTIMATE Features:
Solid alloy body: robust and light compared to similar
strength steel units.
Ultimate protection. The Progressive float valve
protects every last drop of fuel even in the upper
reaches of the full fuel tank.

Kockòn Mach II Extra Low Series
Disponibile con attacco a baionetta 105 e per
bocchettoni da 80 con filettatura interna, la serie
ULTIMATE rappresenta l’ammiraglia della protezione carburante di tipo meccanico. Kockòn
MACH II ULTIMATE pesa circa la metà del suo modello
equivalente in acciaio, pur mantenendo incredibile
robustezza e resistenza.
Kockòn MACH II ULTIMATE:
Corpo solido in lega di alluminio: robusto e leggero
se confrontato con dispositivi analoghi in acciaio.
Massima protezione. La presenza del galleggiante

geometry, allowing smaller slots for more protection,

Low profile just got lower! This revolutionary new
product configuration will fit those vehicles where the clearance above the tank neck is not sufficient to allow refuelling with conventional fuel dispensing pistols and traditional type anti siphon
devices. The engineered pivoting barrel allows fuel
nozzles to be inserted at an angle rather than vertically, reducing the need for space between tank
and freight platform, which traditionally forced
many to travel unprotected. Kockòn MACH II XL will
perform with as little as 140mm clearance between
neck and freight platform.
Kockòn Mach II XL integrates ZIP fuel cap technology
as a standard feature. This Kockòn will always remain
closed when not refuelling, and when it opens, no
height is added because of it’s patented sliding, self
closing action. No more lost fuel caps with Kockòn
Mach II XL.

veicoli dove non vi è sufficiente spazio al di sopra del
bocchettone del serbatoio per inserire una pistola di
erogazione convenzionale. Il corpo oscillante consente alla pistola di essere opportunamente orientata per
effettuare il rifornimento su quei mezzi dove prima non
era possibile installare alcun dispositivo di protezione.
Kockòn MACH II XL è fornito con il tappo ZIP incorporato,
come dotazione standard. Con ZIP, il vostro Kockòn
rimane sempre chiuso e durante il rifornimento, quando viene aperto, l’ingombro rimane contenuto grazie al
sistema ad apertura traslante brevettato.

Kockòn Mach II Short Barrel Series
Freight Floor
Available in 105 bayonet and 80 mm threaded mount,
this short barrel series carries all the same features of
the Ultimate models except the progressive float valve. This configuration proves suited to those installing
situations where there may be a curve in the tank neck
or decreased neck depth that cannot accommodate the
extra length created by the presence of the float on the
Ultimate model Kockòns.
