Rosa del Forte offers emotions with every sip: its delicate, fine colour recalls magnificent rose gardens with heady fragrances. Fermentation: temperature controlled Refermentation: in pressure tanks Charmat method Wine Alcohol content: 11,00% vol Colour: Soft rose, fine persistent perlage Bouquet: Fruity, with notes of blackcurrant and small red fruits Taste: Fresh, floral and harmonious Serving temperature: 6-8°C Storage: In a cool place, protected from light Recommended with Risotto with prawns and courgettes Risotto with prawns and courgettes (serves 4) Make a vegetable stock with 2 potatoes, 2 carrots, a stick of celery, an onion, a sprig of parsley and a pinch of salt and then sieve. Finely chop the parsley and finely dice 3 medium courgettes. Soften a garlic clove in a frying pan and add 500 g of peeled prawns. Add a glass of white wine and salt to taste.
