Nella Ciuccarelli
Nella Ciuccarelli was born in Bologna in 1969 and graduated in Law at the Alma Mater
Studiorum - University of Bologna. She is a registered lawyer with the Milan Bar.
In 1997 she joined the London office of Shearman & Sterling after her legal practice in
commercial law at Studio Legale Dalla Verità in Bologna.
From 1999 to 2012 she worked for Borsa Italiana - London Stock Exchange Group, where
she became Head of Listed Companies Corporate Actions Office within the Listed Companies
Supervision, Corporate Actions and Corporate Governance Department. She supervised and
executed many extraordinary transactions carried out by Italian listed companies, such as
IPOs, take-overs, rights issues, mergers and acquisitions.
Expert in capital markets regulations, she has also built up a deep knowledge in corporate
governance and financial communication by listed companies.
She is currently Counsel at RCC law firm in Milan.
