Paola RICCIARDI - Managing Director e Presidente REAG
Paola Ricciardi è Managing Director e Presidente del Consiglio di Amministrazione di REAG Spa.
Oltre alla supervisione delle quattro principali linee di business (Advisory, R4loans, Professional Services e
Debt Advisory Services), Paola coordina le attività di Dipartimenti Sales & Legal, Marketing, Comunicazione e
Training, Acquisti e Logistica, Qualità e R&D.
In precedenza, nel ruolo di European Coordinating Manager, era responsabile della supervisione di progetti
pan-Europei coordinando le attività delle società europee del Gruppo REAG nonché del coordinamento di progetti svolti in cooperazione con la casa madre americana.
Svolge docenze presso il Politecnico di Torino e di Milano.
É iscritta all’Ordine degli Architetti di Torino dal 2000 e Membro del Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
(MRICS) dal 2005 . Ha ricoperto il ruolo di Membro del Board di RICS Italia dal 2006 al 2013 ed attualmente
è Membro dell’International Virtual Valuation Network di RICS. Nel 2006 ha contribuito alla fondazione di AREL (Associazione Real Estate Ladies).
Paola Ricciardi is Managing Director and Chairman of the Board of REAG Italy.
Besides the supervision of the main four business lines (Advisory, R4loans, Professional Services and Debt
Advisory Services), she coordinates the activity of Sales & Legal, Marketing, Communication and Training,
Purchase and Logistics Dept., Quality and Research & Development offices.
Previously, as European Coordinating Manager, she was responsible of supervising pan-European projects
coordinating the activity of European Companies belonging to REAG Group and cross-border projects with
USA.
She is lecturer (Master in Real Estate) at the University of Milan and Turin.
She is Member of Italian Professional Association of Architects since 2000 and Member of Royal Institution
of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2005 . She has been Member of RICS Italian Board from 2006 up to
2013 and is now Member of the RICS International Virtual Valuation Network .In 2006 she helped to found
AREL (Real Estate Ladies Italian Association).
