The ROTO DUST SEPARATOR has been specifically designed
for automatic treatment of regrind material from sprues and
production waste. It can be installed directly on the machine and
consists of an aluminum body which treats the regrind material
inside a rotary basket where it is sifted and back-washed, taking
the air from a closed circuit. The aluminum body and completely
non-toxic construction material make this dust separator ideal for
the medical and food sectors.
Il depolveratore ROTO DUST SEPARATOR è stato appositamente
studiato per il trattamento automatico del macinato recuperato
da materozze o scarti di produzione. Installabile direttamente su
macchina, il depolveratore è costituito da un corpo in alluminio
che tratta il rimacinato su un cestello rotante vagliando il granulo
ed effettuando un lavaggio in contro corrente, attraverso l’aria di
circuito chiuso. Il corpo in alluminio ed il materiale di costruzione
completamente atossico rendono il prodotto adatto al settore
medicale ed alimentare.
